PURPOSE: An extraction method of wheat germ oil is provided to obtain high recovery rate and low production cost, to extract oil contained in wheat germ through an environment-friendly method, and to secure stability of antioxidant functional food. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of wheat germ oil comprises: a step of preparing a dried wheat germ; a step of filling the wheat germ in an extractor; a step of contacting supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide in an extractor(50) to contact to the wheat germ; a step of discharging the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide to outside; a step of releasing pressure and making the discharged wheat germ oil-containing supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide flow into a classifier; and a step of collecting wheat germ oil which is separated from carbon dioxide in the classifier. 본 발명은 크릴로부터 유용한 물질을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 크릴을 건조하여 파쇄하는 단계와; 파쇄된 크릴을 물과 혼합하여 슬러리 혼합물로 만드는 단계와; 슬러리 혼합물을 반응기 내부에 채워넣는 단계와; 반응기 내부의 압력 및 온도 각각을 10 내지 220 bar, 110 내지 370℃ 범위 내로 유지하여 슬러리 혼합물을 아임계 수로서 가수분해시키는 단계와; 가수분해된 크릴 분해물을 회수하는 단계를; 포함하는 추출 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 아임계 수를 이용한 가수분해 방법으로 크릴로부터 유용 성분을 추출한다는 점에서 종래 기술과 달리 환경 친화적이며, 종래 기술에 의한 추출물과 달리 관능 및 품질면에서 매우 뛰어난 특성을 가지는 추출물을 제공해줄 수 있다. 또한, 크릴 슬러리를 아임계 상태에서 가수분해하는 방법을 채택함으로써 매우 높은 생산성을 기대할 수 있으며, 크릴에 함유된 오일을 친환경적으로 제거한 다음에 가수분해하는 경우에는 오일 성분이 제거된 추출물을 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 그 이용 분야를 더욱 확대할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a removal method of off-flavor from seaweed, more specifically a removal method of off-flavor from seaweed using supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide which comprises the following steps: drying and pulverizing the seaweed; filling the seaweed powder into an extractor; inserting the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide into the extractor; extracting off-flavor components from the seaweed powder using mutual contact reaction of the seaweed powder and the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide; discharging the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide containing the off-flavor components to the outside of the extractor; and collecting the seaweed powder without the off-flavor components. The provided method is harmless to human body, is environmentally friendly, and is simple by removing the off-flavor components in the seaweed powder using carbon dioxide, and is effective and economical compare to conventional methods. The present invention relates to a composition for treating scalp and hair, a device for manufacturing the same, and a method thereof and, more particularly, to a composition made from seaweed as main materials, rice bran as sub-materials, and supercritical and subcritical liquefaction carbon dioxide as a main dissolvent. The composition containing natural coloring matters is made by mixing the extracted materials and make itself have high volatilization properties, thereby improving the effectiveness and stability of the functional materials containing essential oil components. Thanks to these properties, the composition can reduce the scalp-stimulating characteristics and an infection, so that it can relax the scalp. Also, the composition can treat damaged hair so that it becomes smooth and silky, thereby alleviating the hair problems such as psoriasis, eczema seborrhoicum and red spots and reducing the scalp simulation. The composition can be obtained through simplified processes by using a separation tank so that the composition can maintain the homogeneity without an additional mixing process. In the manufacturing method, carbon dioxide collected from the sub-dissolvent containing carbon dioxide can be used as a main dissolvent. The present invention relates to a method of extracting valued materials from krill, and, in particular, an extraction method comprising a step of drying and crushing krill; a step of mixing the crushed krill with water to manufacture a slurry mixture; a step of filling the slurry mixture within a reactor; a step of hydrolyzing the slurry mixture with subcritical water by maintaining the pressure and the temperature inside the reactor at 10-220 bar and 110-370; and a step of collecting the krill hydrolysate. The present invention is able to provide the extract which is environment-friendly contrary to the conventional technology in that the valued materials are extracted from krill by hydrolysis with subcritical water, and has excellent properties in function and quality contrary to the extract by the conventional technology. Moreover, a very high productivity is able to be expected by employing the method of hydrolyzing the krill slurry in the supercritical state. The present invention has the advantage capable of enlarging applicable areas in that the extract without oil components is able to be provided in case the hydrolysis is conducted after oil contained in krill is removed in an environment-friendly way.
