멀티-에너지 X-ray 시스템에서 타겟의 경조직 및 연조직을 적응적으로 분리할 수 있는 영상 처리 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일측에 따른 멀티-에너지 X-ray 시스템의 영상 처리 장치는, 타겟을 경유하여 획득된 타겟 영상을 정합하는 영상 정합부; 및 상기 정합된 타겟 영상에 대한 특정(specific) 영역을 검출하고, 상기 특정 영역에 대해 조직 영상을 분리하기 위한 차영상 계수(coefficient)를 결정하여 상기 조직 영상을 분리하는 조직 분리부를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A memory system including a nonvolatile memory device and a nonvolatile memory device programming method thereof are provided to restore lower bit data written in a memory cell by accurately determining lower bit data in a case of a sudden power disruption during upper bit data programming. CONSTITUTION: A memory cell array(110) comprises a string selection transistor(111), a memory cell(112), and a ground-selection transistor(113). PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for obtaining the transmission image of a radiation signal are provided to obtain the image of an enhanced quality with a high contrast, using most of the light signals generated from a radiation signal for obtaining images. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for obtaining the transmission image of a radiation signal comprises a scintillator(110), a light receiving part(120) and a signal processing part(130). The scintillator generates an optical signal in response to the illuminated radiation signal. The scintillator switches the progressing direction of the generated optical signal. The light receiving part collects the optical signal with the switched progressing direction. The signal processing part converts the collected optical signal to an electric signal. The signal processing part bases on the converted electric signal. The signal processing part obtains the image corresponding to the illuminated radiation signal.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for obtaining an X-ray image, a sensor, and an imaging device are provided to obtain an X-ray image using a monochromatic light X-rays, a narrow band X-rays or a polychromatic light X-rays selectively. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(120) includes a scintillator panel which converts X-rays into light. An image generator(130) generates a plurality of first X-ray images using electrical signal which is converted from the light. An image generator generates a second X-ray image using the first X-ray images. The scintillator panel includes a scintillator layer which corresponds to a plurality of pixels. The scintillator layer has different layer properties. A radiation unit(110) radiates a plurality of X-rays with different energy levels through an object.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for regenerating a three-dimensional image from a two-dimensional image are provided to improve a noise removal effect compared with a linear filtering method by processing images through a non-linear filtering method according to a median value. CONSTITUTION: A recovery image generator(310) creates a three-dimensional recovery image through reverse projection using a pixel value corresponding to a median value among pixel values of images. The images are created by the two-dimensional projection of a target to be three-dimensionally recovered. A re-projection image generator(320) creates a two-dimensional re-projected image through the re-projection of the three-dimensional recovered image. A residual image forming part(330) constitutes a residual image according to the difference between the projected image and the two-dimensional re-projected image.

A low-complexity motion estimation method and system are provided to perform the motion estimation of images having difference properties with relatively small memory and calculation, thereby being realized in a mobile device on a real time basis in low-power and low-complexity. An image acquisition unit(110) obtains two images as a first image and a second image. A mapping table generating unit(160) produces a mapping table by using the intensity of the second image and the first image. A projection data generating unit(170) produces projection data by using the generated mapping table. A motion detection unit(190) detects the motion of the two images by using the generated projection data.

A memory system having memory cells capable of storing multi bit data and a reading method thereof are provided to secure a reading margin by correcting data according to a program state of a memory cell. A non volatile memory device(1100) has memory cells for storing multi bit data. A memory controller(1200) controls the non volatile memory device. The memory controller is based on data read from memory cells adjacent to a selected memory cell in a reading operation, and determines whether or not a state of the data read from the selected memory cell is changed into a different state when peripheral memory cells are programmed. The memory controller corrects the data read from the selected memory cell according to a determined result.

An apparatus of multi bit programming for non-volatile memory is provided to reduce error in programming while not requiring an additional semiconductor chip area. In an apparatus of multi bit programming for non-volatile memory, a multi-bit programming part unit(510) programs original data of multi-bit in the target memory cell in the non-volatile memory cell array multi-bit. A backup programming unit(520) selects the backup memory cell for each bit of original data, and programs each bit of original data in the selected backup memory cell. A data validation unit(530) compares data programmed in backup memory cells with data programmed in the target memory cell multi-bit, and verifies the multi-bit programming success.
