    Abstract: An example of the present invention relates to a microorganism with improved lactic acid productivity, which improves the lactic acid productivity when overexpressing a lactic acid transporter which is a protein transporting a lactic acid to the inside or the outside of the cell. Moreover, the lactic acid productivity is improved when the activity of a lactic acid oxidase is inhibited and the activity of pyruvate deoxidant enzyme. A lactic acid production yield can be improved by using the transformed microorganism manufactured by the same, thereby being capable of useful industrial application.
