    Abstract: PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to improve the conductivity of an electrode, and to reduce the contact resistance with a lower layer, thereby improving the electric performances of electronic devices, and improving the efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises conductive powder, metallic glass having supercooled liquid region, and an organic vehicle. The supercooled liquid region is 5-200 °C. The supercooled liquid region is a temperature range between glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature. In the supercooled liquid region, the metal glass has behavior like liquid. The amount of the conductive powder, the metal glass, and the organic vehicle is respectively 30-98 weight%, 1-50 weight%, and residue amount, on the basis of total content of the conductive paste.
