잼 된 원고를 손상 없이 취출할 수 있는 자동원고이송장치 및 이를 포함하는 스캐너를 개시한다. 개시된 자동원고이송장치는, 원고를 스캐닝부로 이송하는 이송부와; 상기 이송부를 수용하는 장치본체와; 상기 장치본체에 회동 가능하게 설치된 커버와; 상기 이송부와 상기 스캐닝부 사이의 원고이송경로 상에 배치되며, 상기 커버의 개폐 여부 및 상기 원고의 위치를 함께 감지 가능한 감지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A doping paste is provided to simplify the processes by forming a doping area and an electrode at once, thereby improving the efficiency of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A doping paste comprises inorganic particles containing a phosphorous(P)-containing silicon compound, and an organic vehicle. A manufacturing method of a solar cell comprises: a step of preparing inorganic particles containing a phosphorous-containing silicon compound, and in which surface phosphorus is selectively removed; a step of applying n-type doping paste containing the organic particles and organic vehicles on one side of a semiconductor substrate; and a step of heat-treating the semiconductor substrate.

PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to improve the conductivity of an electrode, and to reduce the contact resistance with a lower layer, thereby improving the electric performances of electronic devices, and improving the efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises conductive powder, metallic glass having supercooled liquid region, and an organic vehicle. The supercooled liquid region is 5-200 °C. The supercooled liquid region is a temperature range between glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature. In the supercooled liquid region, the metal glass has behavior like liquid. The amount of the conductive powder, the metal glass, and the organic vehicle is respectively 30-98 weight%, 1-50 weight%, and residue amount, on the basis of total content of the conductive paste.

PURPOSE: An image forming apparatus capable of duplex printing is provided to enable a duplex printing operation without jam even though a paper conveyance path is short. CONSTITUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises a developing unit, a fixing unit(140), a discharging roller unit(150) and a middle conveyance unit(160). The developing unit forms a visual image formed in a developer. The fixing unit fixes the visual image to a printing medium. The discharging roller unit enables the forward/reverse rotations thereof. The middle conveyance unit selectively grasps a printing medium.

A semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the electric short of epitaxy thin films arranged on active patterns. A semiconductor device comprises a substrate(100), a device isolating pattern(120), a spacer(145), a gate structure(150) and an epitaxy thin film(160). The device isolating pattern is formed to define an active pattern(110). The spacers are formed on the side wall of the device isolating pattern. The gate structure is formed on the active patterns and the device isolating pattern. The epitaxy thin films are formed on the active patterns exposed from the gate structure and the spacers. The upper side of epitaxy thin films is formed at the level higher than the upper of the device isolating pattern.

An image forming apparatus is provided to lift a paper loading plate of a paper supply cassette without an additional driving source. An image forming apparatus comprises a main body, a paper supply cassette(101), a power control device(200) and a power transmission device(300). The main body includes an image forming unit. The paper supply cassette includes a paper loading plate and a lifting member rotating and lifting the paper loading plate, and is attached to the main body. The power control device controls power supplied from a driving source(12) arranged in the main body to the lifting member. The power transmission device, including at least one worm gear(310a), transfers the power supplied through the power control device to the lifting member.

An imaging apparatus is provided to shorten a time for performing double-faced printing by a simple structure and improve printing efficiency. A paper feeding part and a developing part engage with the first driving motor(M1) by a plurality of middle gears and receive power. A fusing part(30), a paper discharging part, and an inverting part engage with the second driving motor(M2) by a plurality of middle gears and receive power. The fusing part includes a fusing roller(31). The fusing roller is connected with the second driving motor by the first one-way gear(60).

본 발명은, 히팅롤러와, 상기 히팅롤러와 대향되게 마련되며 상기 히팅롤러를 가압하는 최대가압위치와 가압을 해제하는 가압해제위치 간을 이동가능하게 마련되는 프레싱롤러를 포함하는 정착기에 관한 것으로서, 상기 프레싱롤러의 일측에 상기 프레싱롤러와 함께 이동가능하도록 마련되는 지지브래킷과; 상기 지지브래킷과 상기 프레싱롤러가 상기 최대가압위치와 상기 가압해제위치 간을 이동하도록 상기 지지브래킷을 가압하는 가압레버를 포함하며, 상기 가압레버는 상기 프레싱롤러가 상기 최대가압위치와 상기 가압해제위치 사이의 중간가압위치를 유지하도록 상기 지지브래킷을 가압하는 중간캠프로파일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 간단한 구조로 봉투인쇄를 구현할 수 있는 화상혀성장치가 제공될 수 있다.
