Abstract: 조리실을 여러 방향에서 투시할 수 있도록 마련된 도어를 용이하게 제작할 수 있도록 구성시킨 전자렌지가 개시된다. 도어는 조리실의 테두리면과 접촉하는 프레임과 각각 프레임의 전방으로 돌출한 상면판과 하면판을 구비하여 이루어진 제 1 피스와, 그 상측 테두리와 하측 테두리가 각각 제 1 피스의 상면판과 하면판의 테두리에 결합되도록 전방으로 돌출하여 형성되어 전면판으로 이루어진 제 2 피스로 구성된다. 제 1 피스는 프레임과 투시부재의 상면판과 하면판이 프레스 가공에 의해 일체로 만들어진 후에, 상면판과 하면판이 프레임에 대해 전방으로 90도의 각도로 절곡됨으로써 성형된다. 제 2 피스의 상측 테두리와 하측테두리는 각각 제 1 피스의 상면판과 하면판에 용접에 의해 결합된다. 또한, 제 2 피스의 양측단에는 외향으로 연장한 플랜지부가 마련되어서, 각 플랜지부가 제 1 피스의 프레임의 내측에 용접에 의해 결합된다.
