PURPOSE: A larva collecting apparatus is provided to enable selective collection of various marine lives at a time by dropping seawater. CONSTITUTION: A larva collecting apparatus comprises a main body(10), a support(20), a Muler gauze unit(30), and an exhaust unit. The main body has an internal space. The support is installed inside the main body and has a mounting unit. The Muler Gauze unit is mounted in the mounting unit. The exhaust unit discharges the inflow water passing through the Muler Gauze units.

PURPOSE: A nutrition enhancing agent for marine cultivation is provided to promote the growth of shellfish and fish eating marine microalgae and to enhance the immune function of the shellfish and fish. CONSTITUTION: A nutrition enhancing agent for marine cultivation is produced by the following steps: cultivating microalgae at a density of 10million cell/ml; condensing the cultivated microalgae using a hollow fiber membrane filter to maintain living cells; freezing the condensed microalgae; and microencapsulating the obtained unsaturated fatty acid. The hollow fiber membrane filter includes pores with a size smaller than 0.01micrometers.

A nutrition enriched medium for the marine microalgae is provided to reduce the culture period of microalgae and improve the productivity by adding the material useful for growth acceleration and immunologic function reinforcement of the microalgae in the mass culture of the marine microalgae. The nutrition enriched medium for the marine microalgae is prepared by mixing the seawater with the agricultural fertilizer which contains 16.47-24.71 mg of nitrogen and 1.73-2.60 mg of phosphorus based on 1 liter of seawater and cytokinin which promotes the cell division of the marine microalgae.

A freezing preservation method of ark-shell larva is provided, thereby systematically producing the ark-shell larva by preserving seeds of ark-shell larva, and reducing works for maintenance of parent ark-shell. The freezing preservation method of ark-shell larva comprises the steps of: inserting the ark-shell larva into the synthetic seawater containing cryoprotectants; storing the ark-shell larva absorbing cryoprotectants at room temperature for the equilibrium time; and freezing the stored ark-shell larva using a freezer, wherein the cryoprotectant is selected from dimethyl sulfoxide, glycerol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and methanol; the seawater contains 1.5 to 2 M of cryoprotectants; and the equilibrium time is 10 to 20 minutes.

본 발명은 연안 갯벌에서 유기물 분해능이 매우 우수한 것으로 알려진 갯지렁이( Perinereis aibuhitensis )에 내생하고 있는 미생물을 MA 배지에서 생장하여 나타난 집락(colony)의 색깔과 모양에 따라 선별한 31개의 집락을 별도로 선별하여 순수배양한 후 16S rRNA 염기서열에 기초하여 동정한 결과, Bacillus 속에 포함되는 11 균주를 분리하였다. Bacills 속(genus)에 포함되는 11 균주의 다양성을 분석한 결과 Bacills algicola, Bacills anthrasis, Bacills aquimaris, Bacills barbaricus, Bacills hwajinpoensis, Bacills nanhiensis, Bacills vietnamensis 등 모두 7 종 (species)의 Bacillus spp.가 갯지렁이( Perinereis aibuhitensis )에 내생하는 것으로 조사되고 갯지렁이로부터 분리하여 선별한 두 개종의 Bacillus 균주들은 단백질, 탄수화물, 지질 분해능이 뛰어나고 염분에 내성을 갖고 있으므로 유기물로 오염된 갯벌 환경을 정화하는데 사용할 수 있다.

In the present invention, an enrichment culture is used to separate a microorganism from mud, whose strain name is EDB-2 and has an excellent ability to decompose endosulfan and organic materials, and the microorganism is analyzed for physiology properties and biochemistry properties. The result of the analysis shows that the microorganism has a 99% similarity to Rhodococcus pvridinivorans. The EDB-2 is aerobic, positive to gram, a bar type and pink. The growth temperature range of the EDB-2 is relatively large, the growable temperature being 20-45°C, and the optimal temperature thereof is 20-42°C, The EDB-2 cannot hydrolyze casein and cellulose but can decompose DNA, agar, starch and tween, which means the ability of the EDB-2 to decompose lipid is excellent. Accordingly the invention can be expected to be used for purifying marine waste water contaminated by organic materials.

The present invention separated a strain included in Bacillus sp. from the result of identification based on base sequence 16S rRNA after pure cultivating, by separately selecting thirty one colonies selected according to colors and shapes of colonies generated by growing microorganism, arbuscular, in perinereis aibuhitensis known to have excellent ability of decomposing organic matters in mud flats along the shore, in MA medium. Two strains CBW4 and EBW4 selected by being separated from perinereis aibuhitensis can be usefully used in purifying the environment filled with waste water in a farm contaminated due to the organic matters by having salinity tolerance and excellent ability of decomposing protein, carbohydrate and lipid.
