Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hatching apparatus of egg capsule is provided to enhance a hatching rate by flowing seawater into inner part of a hatching tank, to block inflow of harmful virus, and to protect marine univalve shell laying egg capsule. CONSTITUTION: A hatching apparatus of egg capsule comprises: a hatching tank(20) in which an egg capsule of univalve shell is moved by seawater; and a rearing tub(50) which is connected to the top of the hatching tank and in which a larva incubated in the egg capsule is flowed in from the hatching tank. The egg capsule accepted inside the hatching tank uses an egg capsule spawned from the adult of gastropods. The hatching tank includes a first main body of cylindrical shape.
Abstract:
In the present invention, an enrichment culture is used to separate a microorganism from mud, whose strain name is EDB-2 and has an excellent ability to decompose endosulfan and organic materials, and the microorganism is analyzed for physiology properties and biochemistry properties. The result of the analysis shows that the microorganism has a 99% similarity to Rhodococcus pvridinivorans. The EDB-2 is aerobic, positive to gram, a bar type and pink. The growth temperature range of the EDB-2 is relatively large, the growable temperature being 20-45°C, and the optimal temperature thereof is 20-42°C, The EDB-2 cannot hydrolyze casein and cellulose but can decompose DNA, agar, starch and tween, which means the ability of the EDB-2 to decompose lipid is excellent. Accordingly the invention can be expected to be used for purifying marine waste water contaminated by organic materials.
Abstract:
According to the present invention, microbes which live in Perinereis aibuhitensis in coastal mud flats have been grown in a MA culture medium, thus leading to the appearance of colonies, wherein the Perinereis aibuhitensis is known to have excellent degradability of organic matter. Thirty-one colonies have been separately selected according to the colors and shapes of the colonies which have appeared in the MA culture medium. Strains belonging to Bacillus genus have been isolated as a result of identification on the basis of 16S rRNA sequences after a pure culture process of the 31 colonies. Two Bacillus strains, CBW4 and EBW4, isolated from the Perinereis aibuhitensis have excellent degradabilities of protein, carbohydrate and lipid, and have resistance to salt. Accordingly, the CBW4 and EBW4 can be practically used to purify the water environment of a biofloc culture system contaminated with organic matter.
