Abstract:
The present invention relates to tube shoes for a mud flat which are used by being filled with air through an air inlet inside of a tube and stored after removing the air filled in the inside and reducing the volume. Moreover, the tube shoes have multiple partitions to allow air only in a damaged part leak when the tube is partially damaged, not to face a dangerous situation, and has an outer plate at the upper end of the tube and has bellows at shoes to prevent mud of the mud flat from being accumulated on the top of the feet and on the tube to enable comfortable walking. and thus enable a free and easy work while protecting the feet from things like a shell.
Abstract:
According to the present invention, microbes which live in Perinereis aibuhitensis in coastal mud flats have been grown in a MA culture medium, thus leading to the appearance of colonies, wherein the Perinereis aibuhitensis is known to have excellent degradability of organic matter. Thirty-one colonies have been separately selected according to the colors and shapes of the colonies which have appeared in the MA culture medium. Strains belonging to Bacillus genus have been isolated as a result of identification on the basis of 16S rRNA sequences after a pure culture process of the 31 colonies. Two Bacillus strains, CBW4 and EBW4, isolated from the Perinereis aibuhitensis have excellent degradabilities of protein, carbohydrate and lipid, and have resistance to salt. Accordingly, the CBW4 and EBW4 can be practically used to purify the water environment of a biofloc culture system contaminated with organic matter.

Abstract:
In the present invention, an enrichment culture is used to separate an EDB2 microorganism from mud, which excellently decomposes endosulfan and organic materials. A result of an analysis of the physical and biochemistry properties and genetic properties thereof shows the separated microorganism from the mud has a 99% similarity to Rhodococcus pvridinivorans.The separated microorganism is aerobic, positive to gram, a bar type and pink. The growth temperature range of the microorganism is relatively large, the growth temperature being 20-45°C, and the optimal temperature is 20-42°C. The microorganism can not hydrolyze casein and cellulose but can hydrolyze DNA, agar, starch and tween, which means the ability to decompose lipid is excellent. Accordingly the present invention can be used for purifying marine waste water contaminated by organic materials.

본 발명은 갯벌용 튜브신발에 관한 것으로써, 튜브 내부에 공기 주입구를 통하여 공기를 충진 시켜 사용하고 보관 시에는 내부에 충진 된 공기를 제거한 후 부피를 축소한 후 보관할 수 있다. 또한 상기 튜브 내부에 다수의 격벽을 형성하여 튜브의 부분적인 파손에도 파손부위의 공기만이 유출되어 위험한 상황에 직면하지 않도록 하며, 튜브상단에 외측판 및 신발에 자바라가 구성되어 있어 갯벌의 진흙이 발등 및 튜브 위에 쌓이는 것을 방지하여 편안한 보행이 가능해져 작업활동을 더욱 자유롭고 용이하도록 하며 동시에 조개껍질 등으로부터 발을 안전하게 보호할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention separates a 11 strain which is included in a bacillus as a result of identifying based on a 16S rRNA sequence by separately selecting and purely culturing 31 colonies which are selected according to the color and shape of a colony which appears by growing a microorganism, which lives in a perinereis aibuhitensis which is known to have an excellent organism decomposition in a coastal mud flat, in an MA medium. The present invention can be used to purify a mud flat environment which is contaminated with organic matters since seven species of bacillus spp. including bacills algicola, bacills anthrasis, bacills aquimaris, bacills barbaricus, bacills hwajinpoensis, bacills nanhiensis, and bacills vietnamensis live in a perinereis aibuhitensis as a research result of analyzing the diversity of 11 strains which are included in a Bacillus genus and two species of strains which are selected by a separation from the perinereis aibuhitensis have an excellent function for decomposing a protein, a carbohydrate, and a lipid and have a tolerance to salt.

본 발명은 연안 갯벌에서 유기물 분해능이 매우 우수한 것으로 알려진 갯지렁이( Perinereis aibuhitensis )에 내생하고 있는 미생물을 MA 배지에서 생장하여 나타난 집락(colony)의 색깔과 모양에 따라 선별한 31개의 집락을 별도로 선별하여 순수배양한 후 16S rRNA 염기서열에 기초하여 동정한 결과, Bacillus 속에 포함되는 11 균주를 분리하였다. Bacills 속(genus)에 포함되는 11 균주의 다양성을 분석한 결과 Bacills algicola, Bacills anthrasis, Bacills aquimaris, Bacills barbaricus, Bacills hwajinpoensis, Bacills nanhiensis, Bacills vietnamensis 등 모두 7 종 (species)의 Bacillus spp.가 갯지렁이( Perinereis aibuhitensis )에 내생하는 것으로 조사되고 갯지렁이로부터 분리하여 선별한 두 개종의 Bacillus 균주들은 단백질, 탄수화물, 지질 분해능이 뛰어나고 염분에 내성을 갖고 있으므로 유기물로 오염된 갯벌 환경을 정화하는데 사용할 수 있다.
