Abstract: PURPOSE: A PAN(Personal Area Network) subscription method using passive scanning is provided to selectively subscribe a device providing a specific service by determining a service type included in a beacon. CONSTITUTION: A device(1000) which desires subscription starts scanning(S31). The device stores a service type. The device receives a beacon transmitted by a coordinator(S32). The device determines whether the device is able to be subscribed(S33). The device ignores the beacon when the device is unable to be subscribed(S34). When the device is able to be subscribed, the coordinator transmitting the beacon or the identification information of the PAN is updated(S35). Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic library addition installer of an android platform and a method thereof are provided to dynamically add a library without replacing an android platform by using an external directory which stores a library. CONSTITUTION: An external directory generating unit(130) generates an external directory which stores a library. A library information generating unit(140) generates library information including location information of the library. A controlling unit(150) stores the library in the external directory. A determining unit(110) determines installation of the library. The external directory generating unit generates the external directory according to a determining result.
