Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biomarker is provided to be related to immunity reduction due to aging, and to be used as a marker for diagnosis of immunity reduction. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosis of immunity reduction due to aging contains one or more metabolites among a metabolite of an amino acid metabolism pathway and a metabolite of a lipid metabolism pathway. The metabolite of an amino acid metabolism pathway contains one or more metabolites selected from the group consisting of cysteic acid, homocysteine, taurine, L-cystathionine, S-adenosyl homocysteine, dimethyl-L-arginine, N10-formyl-tetrahydrofolate, 5,10-methenyl tetrahydrofolate, methionine sulfoxide, cystathionine sulfoxide, S-nitroso glutathionine, and 5-hydroxy-N-formylkynurenine. The biomarker is used for diagnosing immunity reduction due to aging from urine or blood.

채취된 뇨 시료를 액체-액체 추출과정을 통해 추출하는 공정; 및 추출물의 잔사에 함유된 콜레스테롤(cholesterol), 옥시스테롤(oxysterol) 및 담즙산(bile acid)을 TMS(trimethylsilylation) 유도체화하는 공정을 포함하는 뇨 중의 콜레스테롤(cholesterol), 옥시스테롤(oxysterol) 및 담즙산(bile acid)을 동시분석하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 동시 분석하는 방법은, 물성이 다른 세 종의 물질을 동시에 추출할 수 있으며, 질병의 치료와 부작용 예방에 있어서 적절한 판단지표를 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A marker for measuring drug efficiency and liver toxicity of statin and a measuring method are provided to conveniently measure from urine sample which is easy to collect. CONSTITUTION: A marker for measuring drug effieciency of statin contains isoleucine, glutamine, gluamic acid or alginine. The marker is amino acid in urine. In case that the concentration of isoleucine, glutamine, glutamic acid, or alginine is under 70%, the statin is determined to have drug efficiency. In case that the concentration of gluamic acid is under 40% among a group with hyperlipidemia, the statin is determined to have drug efficiency.
