An antidiabetic composite composition using Rhodiola sachalinensis is provided to create profit of farmhouse through the high addition valuation of the native medicinal herb using natural extracts such as the Rhodiola sachalinensis, Rhodiola sachalinensis, Polygonatum odoratum, dioscoreae Rhizoma and Xanthium strumarium, to control blood sugar, to minimize diabetic combination disease and to reduce danger caused from side effects of the anti-diabetic function food at the same time. An antidiabetic composite composition using Rhodiola sachalinensis comprises the Rhodiola sachalinensis of 38~42 weight%, Polygonatum odoratum of 28~32 weight%, dioscoreae Rhizoma of 9~11 weight%, Xanthium strumarium of 9~11 weight%, green tea of 2~8 weight% and Mori Folium of 2~8 weight%. A method of manufacturing a health beverage comprising Prunella vulgaris is provided obtain health beverage having improved taste, flavor, color and efficacy. First, 10 to 15g Prunella vulgaris, 4 to 6g Jujube fruit, 1.5 to 2.5g Licorice root, 10 to 20g stem or root of Actinidia arguta and 4 to 6g ginger are mixed with 1L water and extracted. Then 100ml herbal extract is mixed with 4 to 10g Prunella vulgaris honey, 1 to 5g Jujube fruit extract, 0.01 to 0.02ml honey flavor, 5 to 15g high fructose corn syrup and 0.01 to 0.02g citric acid to obtain the health beverage.
