PURPOSE: A sensory effect expression method, an apparatus for the method, and a computer readable medium in which sensory device performance metadata is recorded are provided to maximize the reproduction effect of media by expressing sensory effect when reproducing the media. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(504) receives sensory effect metadata including sensory effect information and sensory device performance metadata including performance information about a sensory device. A control unit(506) acquires the sensory effect information by analyzing the sensory effect metadata and creates sensory device control metadata for controlling the sensory device corresponding to the sensory effect information by referring the performance information included in the sensory device performance metadata.

If a neo-media service is requested through a user input/output interface, the neo-media and the driving of the devices are synchronized. The neo-media is buffered and parsed by an object unit. The buffered neo- media object is analyzed in the form of the binary data. The neo-media data information according to the analyzed result is stored in a table. A global positioning system comprises one or more target node(200), a plurality of reference nodes(300,400,500), and a positioning apparatus(100). A plurality of reference nodes have the location information. The positioning apparatus traces location. The global positioning system operates as follows. The arbitrary reference node and target node use the ranging message among the reference node. The first TOA is measured and is transmitted to the positioning apparatus. At least two reference nodes measure the second TOA. The TOA is transmitted to the positioning apparatus and the location of target node is chased.

A non-dispersive UWB antenna device comprises a dielectric substrate(200), a monopoly patch radiator(201), an open stub(202~205) and CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) feed line(208). The monopoly patch radiator is formed at the center of an upper side of the dielectric substrate, and the open stub is symmetrically formed at the left and right side to be symmetrically. The CPW feed line is connected to the bottom of the monopoly patch radiator, and the angle between the monopoly patch radiator and the open stub is within 60-90 degree.

A viterbi decoder includes a distributor(281), a plurality of memory banks(283a-283h), a plurality of switches(285a-285h) and a plurality of decoding units(287a,287b). The distributor distributes the plurality of bits inputted from the de-puncturer in a block data unit. The plurality of memory banks store the block data inputted from the distributor. The plurality of switches are connected to the plurality of memory banks respectively. Each switch outputs block data stored in one memory bank. Each decoding unit is connected to a part of switches. Each decoding unit performs the viterbi decoding algorithm about block data and outputs a part of block data.
