전기변색소자및 이를구동하는방법을제공한다. 전기변색소자는, 제1 전극, 제1 전기변색층, 전해질층, 제2 전극변색층및 제2 전극이순차적으로적층되되, 제1 및제2 전기변색층들및 전해질층으로이루어진군으로부터선택된적어도하나가산란입자들을포함한다. 또한, 제1 또는제2 전기변색층들중 하나와전해질층사이에추가층이삽입되되, 추가층은산란입자들을포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A resonator for wirelessly transmitting and receiving power is provided to minimize the effect of an electromagnetic wave to a human body by lowering the resonant frequency of a resonator used in wireless power transmission and reception. CONSTITUTION: A matching circuit(710) matches impedance between a resonator(700) and an input port(730). The matching circuit comprises a first capacitor(C1) and a second capacitor(C2). The first capacitor is connected between the input port and a resonant coil(750) in series. The second capacitor is connected between the input port and a ground terminal in parallel. The equivalent serial resistance of the first and second capacitors is smaller than the internal resistance of the resonant coil. The resonant coil has a quality factor more than a predetermined value.

PURPOSE: A wireless power transfer system is provided to be used in a hybrid car and an electric car. CONSTITUTION: A power coil(302) receives power. A transfer coli(304) makes resonance with the power coil by magnetic induction at a unique resonance frequency and generates a non-radiation type electromagnetic wave. A receiving coil(312) receives the non-radiation type electromagnetic wave and makes resonance with the transfer coil at the same frequency. A resonance frequency adjustment unit(308) physically changes the shape of the receiving coil to adjust the unique resonance frequency of the receiving coil. A load coil(314) receives energy stored in the receiving coil. A power receiving module receives power received by the load coil.

A bolometer of a multilayer structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an infrared absorbing ratio by widening sufficiently an infrared absorbing layer in order to obtain a high fill-factor. A semiconductor substrate(210) includes a detection circuit formed therein. A first and second meta pads are formed on an upper part of the semiconductor substrate. A sensor structure(200) is positioned at an upper part of the semiconductor substrate. A space corresponding to an infrared wavelength(lambda)/4 is formed between the sensor structure and the first and second metal pads. A body unit(250) is positioned at an upper part of the first and second metal pads. A resistance layer is formed to change a resistance according to a change of temperature in an infrared absorbing process. One supporting arm is composed of a two-layer structure having an upper layer and a lower layer in order to be electrically connected with the first and second metal pads.
