Abstract:
A novel cyanin compound having a symmetric structure is provided to be useful as a near-infrared ray absorbing dye and a media for high density optical recording. A cyanin compound is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 is C1-8 alkyl, and R2 is C(CH3)2 or S. A infrared ray absorbing dye is the cyanin compound of the formula(1). A method for preparing the cyanin compound comprises a step of heat-refluxing a compound represented by the formula(2) and a compound represented by the formula(3) in an organic solvent.

본 발명은 근적외선 흡수 청색 색소로 유용한 헵타메틴계 시아닌 화합물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 비스알데히드(1-포밀-3-히드로메틸렌시클로헥신) 중심으로 하고, 양쪽에 인돌 유도체 또는 벤조티아졸 유도체를 축합하여 특정 치환기로 치환된 신규 구조의 물질로서 근적외선 흡수용 색소 및 고밀도 광기록용 매체로 유용한 청색의 대칭구조인 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 헵타메틴계 시아닌 화합물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a water-insoluble dispersion reactive dye having a vinyl sulfone reactive group, which dose not contain hazardous amine and metal and can perform dyeing in acidic and neutral condition and has excellent washing fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion reactive dye(formula 2) is produced by diazotizing 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) and mixing the diazotized 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) with a coupler at 0-5deg.C and adding a base to separate the produced dye. In the formula, A is methyl or methoxy, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aminoalkyl, cyanoalkyl, and amino acetyl.

본 발명은 비닐설폰계 반응성 염료 제조시 중간체로서 유용한 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 4-아미노페닐-2-아세톡시에틸설폰의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 4-아세트아미노페닐-2-하이드록시에틸설폰을 출발물질로 하여 이를 염화수소기체를 포함하고 있는 아세트산 용액으로 처리함으로써 제조공정을 단축시키고 폐기물이 거의 발생하지 않으면서도 고수율 및 고순도의 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 4-아미노페닐-2-아세톡시에틸설폰의 신규제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reactive UV stabilizer which contains a reactive group capable of binding with various resins and is based on triazine substituted with a fluoroalkoxy group, and a method for preparing the same, and specifically, the triazine-based compound according to the present invention is characterized by being represented by chemical formula 1 below. In chemical formula 1, R_1, L_1, n, and A are as defined in the detailed description of the invention. The triazine-based reactive UV stabilizer compound of the present invention has an advantage of providing a triazine-based reactive UV stabilizer in which: a reactive group is introduced to a UV stabilizer so as to enable the chemical binding with the resin, thereby preventing the separation of the UV stabilizer from a resin, so that the performance of the UV stabilizer can be maintained for a longer time as compared with the conventional addition type UV stabilizer; a fluorine compound having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance is substituted in the triazine, thereby obtaining excellent compatibility with a fluorinated resin; and various substituents are introduced to the triazine compound, thereby covering a wide UV region of 240-400 nm.
