Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are pigment yellow based on quinoxaline which is ecofriendly and has excellent solvent resistance and colorfastness to light, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The pigment yellow based on quinoxaline represented by formula 1 is characterized in that it is prepared using aminoquinoxaline represented by formula 9, as a diazotized compound. In the formulas, R, R1 and R2 are the same or different, and hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl group, nitro(-NO2), C1-C2 alkoxy group, C1-C18 heterocycle, methyl ester(COOCH3) or halogen group such as chloro or bromo. The pigment yellow is prepared by the steps of (i) diazotizing amino quinoxaline compound represented by formula 9; (ii) dissolving coupler represented by formula 11 into solvent; (iii) mixing two reaction solution obtained from the steps (i) and (ii) at 0-5 deg.C; and (iv) adding base to the solution mixed in the step(iii) to adjust pH to 6-7 with stirring. In the formula 11, R, R1 and R2 are the same as the above.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a water-insoluble dispersion reactive dye having a vinyl sulfone reactive group, which dose not contain hazardous amine and metal and can perform dyeing in acidic and neutral condition and has excellent washing fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion reactive dye(formula 2) is produced by diazotizing 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) and mixing the diazotized 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) with a coupler at 0-5deg.C and adding a base to separate the produced dye. In the formula, A is methyl or methoxy, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aminoalkyl, cyanoalkyl, and amino acetyl.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer printing method of leather is provided that can enhances a photoresistance and a friction resistance, represents an elaborate pattern and particularly improves a cleaning resistance and dry cleaning property. CONSTITUTION: A transfer printing method of leather comprises the steps of using glutaraldehyde in a pretanning as a tanning assistant before chrome-tanning of raw leather; modifying a surface of tanned leather by coating the tanned leather with a composition comprising 45 to 55 parts of weight of water-dispersible polyester resin(10%), 10 to 20 parts of weight of acrylic resin, 3 to 8 parts of weight of polyurethane resin, 2 to 3 parts of weight of wax, 1 to 2 parts of weight of alcoholic permeating agent and 20 to 30 parts of weight of water; and printing a separately prepared transfer raw paper with a roller gravure printer.

Abstract: 안트라퀴논을 유기용매 중에서 수소화 반응시켜 안트론을 제조하고 이를 글리세린과 축합반응시켜 벤즈안트론을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 수소화 반응시 팔라듐-탄소와 산촉매를 사용하고 유기용매로서 안트라퀴논에 대하여 9-15 중량배의 클로로벤젠을 사용하고 안트론과 글리세린의 축합반응시 105∼130℃에서 황산을 사용하게 되면 전체 반응공정이 간편하고 안전하며 반응조절이 용이할 뿐아니라 반응후 폐기물의 양을 극소화 할 수 있어 환경오염의 부담을 줄이면서 비교적 싼비용으로 고순도의 벤즈안트론을 제조할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A three-effector type blue reactive dye has one monochlorotriazine and two vinyl sulfonyl groups in one dye molecule to provide high dyeability and reliability without generating dye wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A tree-effector type blue reactive dye is represented by the formula 1: wherein Z and Z' are independently OSO3M or OCOCH3, at least either of Z or Z' being OCOCH3; n is an integer from 0 to 2; and M is an alkali metal atom. The reactive dye is prepared by (a) diazotizating of a compound having the formula 2 and coupling the diazotized compound with an 1-naphthol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid neutral solution; separating condensation reaction of a phenylenediamine sulfonic neutral solution and cyanuric chloride at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C; (c) after diazotization of the condensate of the step (b), adding the reaction solution of the step (a) at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C and performing a coupling reaction at a pH value of less than 7; and (c) adding aminophenyl-beta-acetoxyethylsulfon or aminophenyl-beta-sulfatoethylsulfon to the coupling solution of the step (c) at a temperature in the range from 35 to 45°C.
