Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차의 엔진제어유니트 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 에어클리너(10)의 일측면에 외측방향으로 확장부(12)가 돌출형성되고, 이 확장부(12)에 개구부(13)가 형성되며, 이 개구부(13)에 엔진제어유니트(20)가 삽입·장착되는 구조로 이루어진다.
따라서, 상기 엔진제어유니트(20)의 냉각핀(21)이 확장부(12)내에 위치할 뿐 에어클리너(10) 본체 내부공간을 침범하지 않으므로 공기유동이 안정화되어 에어클리너(10)의 출구에 설치된 에어플로우센서(30)의 측정값이 정확해지고, 에어클리너(10)의 흡기용량이 감소하지 않게 된다.
또한, 내부 유동이 안정화 되어 강한 시일링이 필요없게 되므로 에어클리너(10)와 엔진제어유니트(20) 사이의 시일링 구조를 단순화시킬 수 있게 된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Rubber seal structure of an air cleaner is provided to obtain airtightness by forming stopper protrusions between ribs and to reduce the formed number of the ribs by reinforcing the rigidity of the ribs by the stopper protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A rubber seal(10) of an air cleaner has a ring-shaped body(11) to be fitted to a securing groove(2) formed to the outer periphery of an inlet(1) of the air cleaner and forms plural ribs(12) to the outer periphery of the ring-shaped body. The ribs prevent incoming of foreign materials through contact with an air duct. Rubber seal structure of the air cleaner includes stopper protrusions(13) protruded to the outer periphery of the body, to be situated between the ribs. The stopper protrusions are situated to the lower ends of the ribs obliquely protruded at a predetermined angle from the body. Although the ribs are pushed by the air duct, the ribs are not pushed lower than the stopper protrusions.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber hanger for installation of a muffler for a vehicle is provided to improve thermal resistance and reduce the cost by applying silicon to just fragile parts in heat damage and applying EPDM to the other parts. Abstract: PURPOSE: A hose of an intake air system of an automobile engine is provided to prevent turbulence of air and reinforce the rigidity of a bellows part. CONSTITUTION: A hose(13) of an intake air system connects an air cleaner with a surge tank, and has a bellows part(20). Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for coupling an air filter frame to a power train control unit for a vehicle is provided to prevent the distortion of the air filter frame by forming a plate member at the outside of a block member.
