본 발명은 차량의 리어 도어 힌지 하부 구조물 및 그의 용접방법에 관한 것으로, 리어 도어 힌지 하부 구조물은 센터 필러 이너 하부 패널(30)과, 상기 이너 하부 패널(30)에 장착되는 센터 필러 아우터 보강재(32)와, 상기 아우터 보강재(32)에 장착되는 도어 힌지 하부 보강재 및 센터 필러 아우터 하부 보강재(36)를 구비하고, 상기 도어 힌지 하부 보강재(34)와 상기 센터 필러 아우터 하부 보강재(36) 사이에 배치되는 센터 필러 이너 하부 보강재(42)와; 상기 센터 필러 아우터 보강재(32) 하단부에 배치되는 단부 보강재(44)를 추가로 구비하며; 리어 도어 하부 구조물의 용접방법은 단부 보강재(44)가 형성된 센터 필러 아우터 보강재(32)에 도어 힌지 하부 보강재(34)와, 센터 필러 이너 하부 보강재(42) 및 센터 필러 아우터 하부 보강재(36)를 스롯용접시키는 제1단계와; 리어 사이드 필러 어셈블리에 상기 제1단계에서 형성된 어셈블리를 스폿용접시키는 제2단계 및 리어 플로어 어셈블리에 상기 제2단계에서 형성된 어셈블리를 스폿용접시키는 제3단계로 이루어진다.

A spare tire separation device is provided to facilitate separating a spare tire toward the front upper part of the vehicle by rotating a roller member mounted on the tip-end part of a spare tire room. A spare tire separation device comprises: a rear floor(10) in which a spare tire room(15) accepting an spare tire(12) is formed; and a roller member(20) installed at the tip-end part of the spare tire room. The roller member guides a spare tire to be separated toward the front upper part in the impact of the rear side of a vehicle. The roller member comprises: a roller part(22) in which a hollow is formed; and a mounting part(24) which is inserted into the hollow of the roller part and in which both ends are fixed to the tip-end part of the spare tire room. The both ends which are curve-cut of the mounting unit, a thread part is formed.

A system for recognizing a tunnel using a BWS(Back Warning Sensor) and a method thereof are provided to improve driver convenience by executing automatically manipulation on the ventilator and small light of vehicles according to the external conditions of the vehicles. A system for recognizing a tunnel using a BWS(Back Warning Sensor) includes plural BWSs(10a-10n), a transmission sensor(30), a control unit(20), motors(12a-12n), vehicle equipments(40), and an alarming unit(50). The BWSs detect objects at rear or upper sides of vehicles by adjusting rotation angle. The transmission sensor detects the state of the transmission of the vehicle. The control unit determines whether the vehicle is in the tunnel based on the state of the transmission and signals from the BWSs, and outputs control signals for controlling a ventilator and a small light when the vehicle is in the tunnel. The motors adjust the rotation angle of the BWSs under control of the control unit. The vehicle equipments include a ventilator(42), a switch(44) for switching the ventilator, and a small light(46). The alarming unit outputs an alarm sound under control of the control unit.

본 발명은 자동차의 마이크로안테나용 피이드케이블 잭 연결구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱더 상세하게는 라디오기판에 형성되어 있는 안테나피씨비연결부에 고정되게 마이크로안테나용 피이드케이블 잭을 고정되게 결합시키는 것이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 라디오기판이 케이스(200)의 내부에 고정되도록 마운팅 작업시 하드웨어의 회전운동에 의한 회전력에 의해 피이드케이블 잭(310)이 결합되는 안테나피씨비연결부(400)가 조여지도록 하는 조임장치(100)에 의해, 상기 안테나피씨비연결부(400)에 피이드케이블 잭(310)이 고정되게 연결된 상태가 유지되도록 구성되는 것에 의해 달성된다.

A reinforcement structure of a rear pillar for an automobile comprises an inner panel(51) combined to an inside surface of a side outer panel with a predetermined space, and formed with a wheel house; a reinforcement member(1) of which both ends combines to an edge part of the side outer panel and the inner panel; a side member exterior panel(2) horizontally penetrating a cross member assembly(58) to be fixed to a cross member outer panel(55); a first partition member(3) normal to the reinforcement member, and provided with both ends fixed to a cross member upper panel(53) and a cross member under panel(52) to form a predetermined closed space; and a second partition member(4) separating from the first partition member with a predetermined space, and forming a closed space by fixing both ends to the cross member upper panel and the cross member under panel.

PURPOSE: An audio burglarproof device using an immobilizer is provided to improve convenience for users by automatically setting an audio according to the users by using a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle having an immobilizer system for controlling starting of an engine by an engine control unit through communications between a coil(22) of a key cylinder(20) and a transponder(12) disposed at a key(10), an burglarproof device is composed of a burglarproof controller(110) for memorizing information about a key identifier input from the immobilizer system, transmitting and encrypting vehicle identification number-added identifier information generated by adding a vehicle identification number of an own vehicle to the key identifier information, and outputting first encryption information; a comparator(120) for encoding the first encryption information and vehicle identification-added identifier information in the transponder and comparing the first encryption information with second encryption information; and a switch(130) for stopping the auto by cutting off power supplied to an audio controller(140) if the first and second encryption information is different from each other.

PURPOSE: A vehicle radio receiver having an auto-scan capability is provided to enable a user to listen to the same station even when the corresponding frequency is changed by automatically scanning the station. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle radio receiver having an auto-scan capability includes a watermarking decoder(70), an automatic frequency detector(80), and a microcomputer(90). The decoder detects watermarking information embedded in a broadcasting signal tuned at a tuner(20). The automatic frequency detector stores the watermarking information at a memory and decreases power of the broadcasting signal when the watermarking information tuned by a random scanning does not coincide with pre-stored watermarking information. The microcomputer controls the tuner to perform the random scanning when the output power of the inputted broadcasting signal is lower than a predetermined reference value. The tuner is controlled to fix the channel when the output power of the inputted broadcasting signal is higher than the reference value.
