Abstract: 본 발명은 사이어미즈부에 형성된 워터재킷의 하부에 삽입되어 워터재킷의 상부 냉각수 유동을 강화함과 더불어 하부의 냉각수 유동도 강화하여 실린더블록의 사이어미즈부의 냉각효율을 향상시키고, 워터재킷의 하부를 형성하는 실린더블록의 표면에 비산되어 묻는 엔진오일을 효과적으로 냉각시킬 수 있으며, 실린더블록의 피스톤 스트로크 방향으로의 온도를 균일화하여 피스톤의 마찰저감에 따른 연비의 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermostat is provided to reduce resilient force of a spring, to minimize time delay on a cooling water-sensing unit, and to improve endurance of the thermostat. Abstract: PURPOSE: Engine structure for reducing temperature of engine oil is provided to induce lowering of temperature of engine oil by contacting coolant of an engine, and to decrease the temperature of a cylinder head by controlling flow and discharge of engine oil spread on a middle neck of the cylinder head. CONSTITUTION: An oil pan for storing engine oil is combined with a cylinder block, and a connecting rod operating with a piston is contained in a ladder frame. The size of a water jacket of the cylinder block is increased relatively by reducing the adjacent portion around the combustion chamber formed with a liner. A hollow camshaft of a cam controls timing of an intake/exhaust valve by circulating coolant from the cylinder block, and engine oil sprinkles from oil holes on a middle neck of a cylinder head(3). A radiating unit(9) is formed in the middle neck of the cylinder head to cool engine oil by flowing coolant, and a shutoff unit(10) is formed to guide unidirectional movement of engine oil between bosses(3',3'') for mounting the ignition plug.

The internal pressure to the wax body is reduced, and endurance of the thermostat is improved with applying elastic force partially to rotational force of the pallet in opening the valve.
