    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for rubber packing of an engine oil filter is provided, to prevent the leakage of engine oil even under the operation at rigorous temperature by modifying the component of a rubber packing. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a cold-resistant acryl-based rubber having a glass transition temperature of -42 to -40 deg.C; 60-80 parts by weight of HAF(high abrasion furnace) carbon black having a specific surface area of 81-100 m2/g; and 1.0-1.6 parts by weight of a carboxyl vulcanizing agent. Optionally the composition comprises further 30-50 parts by weight of low viscosity oil; 30-40 parts by weight of zinc oxide; 5-15 parts by weight of 2-hydro antiaging agent; and 1-8 parts by weight of tetramethyl thiuram dihydro(TMTD).

CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for the fuel hose comprises 100pts.wt. of an epichlorohydrin blend comprising an epichlorohydrin homopolymer and an epichlorohydrin terpolymer in the weight ratio of 80:20-50:50, 40-50pts.wt. of a carbon black, and 13-18pts.wt. of an anti-aging agent, wherein the epichlorohydrin terpolymer has a monomer selected from the group consisting of a saturated epoxy, an unsaturated epoxy, or a mixture thereof.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A rocker cover gasket composition for plastic and its preparation method are provided, to minimize the heat deformation, thereby improving the heat resistance, the engine oil resistance, the compression set and the stress alleviation and reducing the leakage. CONSTITUTION: The rocker cover gasket composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 20-25 parts by weight of medium abrasion furnace carbon black; 20-30 parts by weight of semi-reinforcing furnace carbon black; 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of a carboxyl group-containing curing agent. Preferably the carboxyl group-containing curing agent is HCOOH. The method comprises the steps of heating the composition at 180 deg.C for 30 sec to 6 min; reheating the composition at 180 deg.C for 3 hours and 50 min to 5 hours; and compression molding the heated one.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil cooling hose of an automatic transmission is provided to compose of materials of a lower price and to have the same property of the material of a higher price. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooling hose forming inner and outer faces composed of chlorinated polyethylene resin, and a middle layer is reinforcing thread layer composed of polyimide 66. The chlorinated polyethylene resin is formed by inserting MgO of 3-7wet, SRF(Semi-reinforcing Furnace) of 30-55wet, and TOTM(Thiuramoxidetetramethyl) of 30-40 wet to chlorinated polyethylene of 100wet. The chlorinated polyethylene resin forms the inner and outer faces, and the middle layer is the reinforcing thread layer with the polyimide 66. Thickness of the inner and outer faces and the middle layer is 1.0-1.3, 0.2-0.3, and 2.0-2.3. The chlorinated polyethylene resin substitutes ethylene acrylic elastomer composing the inner and outer faces. Thereby, the oil cooling hose reduces materials cost by using the chlorinated polyethylene resin.
