Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling system of a hybrid vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency from the reduction of friction loss by increasing the temperature of automatic transmission fluid to the normal level rapidly in case of cold start. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of a hybrid vehicle comprises a heater core(3) and a heat exchanger(9). The heater core is installed for indoor heating using cooling water transferred from an engine and connected to the engine through a cooling water connection pipe(11). The heat exchanger is installed in parallel with the heater core in order to share the cooling water from the engine(1) with the heater core. The heat exchanger is composed for letting the automatic transmission fluid, which cools a motor(5) and a transmission(7), pass through. The heat exchanger is composed for heat exchange between the cooling water from the engine and the automatic transmission fluid. The heat exchanger is connected to a pipe branched from the cooling water connection pipe.
