Abstract: Disclosed is a fastening unit for a brake disk. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fastening unit for a brake disk which fastens a hat part to one surface of a disk includes a bush into which a fastening bolt on the disk is inserted while being fitted into a groove formed along the outer circumference of the hat part; an elastic plate located at the outer surface of the bush to be fastened to the fastening bolt by a nut and providing pressing force to make the hat part in close contact with the disk by both end portions; and a clip transferring the pressing force of the elastic plate to the hat part while disposed at both end portions of the elastic plate to be in contact with the hat part. The elastic plate includes a fastening unit which is formed into a flat surface and fixed to the bush by the fastening bolt and the nut; and an elastic unit which is bent into a curved surface at both end portions of the fastening unit and transfers the pressing force by the elastic force of the clip.
