    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat transfer anisotropic resin which has improved heat conductivity proportional to the content of a heat-transferring material and has heat transfer anisotropy exhibiting excellent heat conductivity in a specific direction by mixing a thermoplastic resin with a regularly arranged heat- transferring material. SOLUTION: This heat transfer anisotropic resin exhibiting strong heat conductivity in an arranged direction is obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin with a (fibrous) metal or metal oxide capable of being arranged in a magnetic field and then molding the mixture in the magnetic field. The regularly arranged heat conductive material 2 (for example, TiO2) is mixed with the thermoplastic resin 1. The heat-conductive material is preferably mixed in an amount of 20 to 60 wt.% based on the resin. The magnetic field applied to the molding process is preferably >=3,000 Oe.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the smooth flow of a liquid toward the discharge port of the liquid by forming two spaces through forming a partition wall between the discharge port and a vent hole in a liquid-holding container having the discharge port of the liquid and the vent hole and by forming, in the partition wall, the channel of the liquid for connecting the two spaces. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid-holding container B having the discharge port 4 of a liquid and a vent hole 2, a partition wall 5 is formed between the discharge port 4 and vent hole 2 so that two spaces K1, K2 are formed; and the channel 6 of the liquid for connecting the two spaces K1, K2 is formed in the partition wall 5. Further, a float 7 for preventing waving of the liquid is caused to float in the space K1 on the vent hole 2 side. As a result, it is possible to prevent waving of the liquid, generation of bubbles and entanglement, also in the dynamic state of the container, to secure the smooth flow of the liquid toward the discharge port.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the lamination between a base and an elastic material possible by mechanically joining the elastic material to the surface of the base by a method wherein the elastic material is bent so as to make its mating surface to form an inwardly curved surface in order to make the interval between engaging convexities smaller than that between engaging concavities and, after that, the engaging convexities are fitted into the engaging concavities while abutting the mating surfaces of both the base and the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:Engaging concavities 1 are equipped in the mating surface of a base A, while engaging convexities 2 are equipped in the mating surface 4 of an elastic material B. The interval between the engaging convexities is larger than that between the engaging concavities. First, the elastic material B is placed on an engaging jig C formed concaved 5. Secondly, the tips of the convexities 2 of the elastic material B are pressed by pressing the base A so that the central part of the elastic material B is curved downwards, as a result, the interval between the engaging convexities 2 becomes smaller and the engaging convexities 2 spontaneously engages in the engag ing concavities 1. After that, by releasing the force, which holds the elastic material in bent state, the engaging convexities 2 completely engage in the engaging concavities 1 so as to be able to make both the base A and the elastic material B into an perfect integral body.

By heating and pressurizing, semi-finished product 15 is gradually shortened its length owing to the gradual extrusion of excessive rubber outwards in the radius direction under the cooperation of the peripheral surface of a central penetrating hole 15a with a guide shaft 17. When a top force 21 descends to the position abutting against a spacer 23, its length is equal to the regired length of earthquake insulatingand absorbing assembly as a final product. Here at the semi-finished product 15, the thickness of rubber filling between each insert plates and be tween the insert plate 11 and the mounting flange 12 are all uniform.

At the same time, molten rubber is flowed through a sprue hole 16 and a runner 17 and via the one mounting flange 2 with a through hole 2a in a cavity 13. Because the molten rubber simultaneously flows in metal plate gaps 19 after filling an injection passage 18, molten rubber pressure is applied to the front and rear surfaces of all the metal plates 3, resulting in preventing the metal plate from putting aside and producing plastic deformation.
