    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize accurate recording by excluding, with excluding means, wrinkles due to tensile sorce given to a perforation part in the course of conveyance. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper P, pulled up from a deck part 20 by means of feed rolls 30, 130, is led to an oblique movement preventive roll 90 along a paper guide 25. Since said roll 90 not only supports empty weight of the paper up to the deck part 20 but also excludes both oblique and meandrous movements which occur during this supporting, the lower paper feed roll 30 and a holding roll 70 convey the recording paper P in a condition where the above-mentioned movements of the paper do not occur in the position of recording. Subsequently, wrinkles of the recording paper P creased due to tensile force during the course of conveyance are excluded, before they reach the position of recording, by means of wrinkle removing roll 100 provided between the lower paper feed roll 30 and a platen 100. Further, the recording surface is controlled in flat by means of the platen 110 and an absorbing fan 112. Recording by a printer 10 is performed accurately under this condition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To extremely enhance working efficiency in adjustment or trial manufacture by simply regulating fluid resistance, by providing a means for variably regulating filter characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The diameters of the holes provided to a filter 5 are changed at every desired region or the material quality of the filter 5 is changed at every desired region. The cross-sectional shape of the part, which is contacted with the filter, of a fixing member 6 is formed into a desired shape and ink 8 is supplied to an ink supply pipe 4 and a nozzle member 2 from an ink tank 7 only through said part 6'. Adjustment work for obtaining desired fluid resistance becomes easy and it is unnecessary to select a filter having desired fluid resistance.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a multi-orifice type ink jet head of high precision, reliability and durability by a method wherein an orifice plate is formed by hardened films of photosensitive resin and improved in such a capacity that ink droplets are caused to jet out straight. CONSTITUTION:Ink discharge pressure generating elements 2 such as heat generating elements, etc. are arranged on a substrate 1 made of glass, metal, etc. and a head main body 4 is prepared by binding this substrate 1 with another plate on which grooves for ink passage are formed. On the photosensitive resin such as dry film photoresist 6, etc. formed on the side of orifice 5 of the head main body 4, a photomask 7 having mask patterns 7a, 7b corresponding to orifices of desired shape is laid over, and the photosensitive resin is exposed with light is illuminated from above the mask 7 and unhardened part of the resin is dissolved and removed and by this operation a hardened photoresist film 6H corresponding to an orifice plate having pierced holes 8-1, 8-2 is formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To an ink amount consumed by an ink suction conducted in a storage box for containing and storing a cartridge integral with an ink jet recording head and an ink tank. CONSTITUTION:A finger 11 of an operator presses a slider 7 and moves the slider 7. In this manner, from an ink delivery port, the slider 7 successively deforms a suction tube 6 extending from a cap 4 in close contact with an ink delivery port surface of a cartridge 1 to a waste ink tank 9. This deformation of the suction tube 6 allows ink to be sucked. In this manner, ink suction can be conducted by operating the slider 7 only when it is required.
