    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the extraction efficiency by prolonging the staying time of the hot water supplied into an extraction container in extracting a drink and obtain the drink which has a high concentration and is rich in flavor, by fitting-arranging a screen-shaped filter in demountable manner and installing a plate for reversal is replacing tea leaves. CONSTITUTION:When the replacement time for tea leaf comes, a geared motor 15 is electrified, and the used-up tea leaves are discharged through the reversal of a tea filter 16 by a tea leaf replacement device 14. A hot water supply valve 11 is electrified simultaneously with the time when the new tea leaves are received on a filter 23, and hot water is supplied to the tea leaves on the filter 23 from a tank 8 through a hot water supply pipe 10 and a hot water supply port 12. A drink which flows out from the filter 23 does not flow out as it is from a funnel 18, and is temporarily allowed to stay in the funnel 18 by closing one between two holes 19a and 19b formed on the bottom surface. Accordingly, the vapor which is generated from the hot water surface of the drink moistens the tea leaves on the filter 23, and the extraction efficiency is improved, and the flavor-rich tea having high concentration can be extracted.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the concurrent use of a water boiling device with a coffee server or the like of large electric capacity by applying the constitution wherein a heater is turned off upon receipt of the on signal of external equipment even during the operation of the heater via hot water temperature detection, and a hot water feed valve is electrically actuated via a hot water feed operation. CONSTITUTION:A control equipment is constituted with a temperature judgement means 14 for inputting a signal of temperature in a tank 2 detected with a temperature detector 12 and comparing the signal with a reference temperature signal, a heater drive means 40 for supplying power to a heater 3 on the basis of the output of the aforesaid means 14, a priority judgement means 16 for outputting a heater power interruption signal to the heater drive means 40 upon receipt of the on signal 15 of external equipment such as a coffee server, regardless of the value of the temperature signal, and a hot water feed valve drive means 42 for supplying power to a hot water feed valve 5 upon receipt of a signal from a hot water feed switch 17. According to the aforesaid construction, when the coffee server is used, the priority judgement means 16 interrupts power supply to the heater of a tea server upon receipt of the on signal of the coffee server. The electrical systems of the tea server other than the heater thereof are being supplied with electric power, tea is served as the hot water feed valve 5 is operated upon pressing a tea service switch.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the performance of the hot water supplier by providing a subtank within a main tank, and heating a heat medium within the subtank to a temperature in a degree utilizable for hot water supply by means of a condenser of a heat pump device thereby to effectively shift the heat medium to the main tank by the operation of a stream flux diffusion apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium within a subtank passes through a pump and circulates from a condenser 23 to a stream flux diffusion apparatus 7 disposed at the lower part of the subtank 2. Meanwhile, the heat medium is heated in the condenser, and the temperature of the heat medium within the subtank is gradually increased. When the temperature of the heat medium within the subtank reaches a feed hot water utilizable temperature, an opening and closing valve 31 by a temperature sensor 38. The discharge pressure of the pump is applied to a subtank 29 to produce a differential pressure between the subtank 29 and a main tank 28. Then, a valve 41 provided in the diaphragm 40 of the subtank is opened by the differential pressure, and the heat medium whose temperature is raised flows into the upper part of the main tank. The low-temperature heat medium passes through the condenser 23 from the lower part of the main tank and passes through a stream flux diffusion apparatus 37. Thus, the high-temperature heat medium and the low-temperature heat medium can flow into the main tank without being mixed with each other. Therefore, the high performance of the hot water supplier can be obtained.

When a cooling at the freezing chamber 1 is started, air in the cooler chamber 10 having a higher temperature than that of the freezing chamber 1 is restricted from being flowed into the freezer chamber 1 and then the temperature in the freezer chamber 1 is prevented from being increased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the food temperature in a refrigerator substantially constant by providing pressure reducing means for alternately switching a damper during the operating of a capacity control compressor to vary the evaporating temperature of an evaporator at the time of cooling, and reducing the refrigerating capacity as compared with that at the time of cooling a deep freezing chamber at the time of normally cooling a cold storage chamber. SOLUTION: When the cooling time of a cold storage chamber 3 is entered, the circulating cold gas cooled by an evaporator 7 is introduced to the chamber 3 via a cold storage damper 5a by an evaporator fan 9, a predetermined time is elapsed, and then the damper 5a is closed. When the damper 5a is opened, the pressure reducing amount of pressure reducing means is simultaneously switched, and when the evaporating temperature of the evaporator 7 is raised to the vicinity of the cold storage chamber temperature, the suction pressure increases, the refrigerant circulating amount of a capacity control compressor 6 becomes twice to three times as compared with the evaporating temperature at the time of cooling in a deep freezing chamber 3, and the freezing capacity is increased. At this time, the compressor 6 controls the capacity, operates at 20Hz of about 1/3 at the time of cooling the chamber 3 to reduce the refrigerant circulating amount to 3 to 1.

SOLUTION: The temperature of a deep freezing chamber 1 is detected by deep freezing chamber temperature detecting means 3, and it is detected that the detected temperature exceeds the previously set predetermined deep freezing chamber temperature and the upper limit of the deep freezing chamber temperature range. Cool control means 16 receives the detected signal, operates the compressor 15 and cold air circulating means 8, air output switching means 26 is so operated as to open a deep freezing chamber air outlet 24 to cool the freezing chamber 1. When it is detected that the temperature of the chamber 1 is lowered and the means 3 detects to exceed the lower limit of the deep freezing chamber temperature range, the means 16 receives the detection signal, stops the compressor 15 and the means 8, the means 26 closes the outlet 24 to stop the cooling. The cold storage chamber 2 is similarly operated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent liquid refrigerant from becoming flash gas, etc., at the time of starting an operation of a compressor by sensing an indoor temperature, operating a cooling fan only for a predetermined time before the operation of the compressor is started, and starting the operation of the compressor after a temperature of a machine room is lowered. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator comprises a compressor 3 installed in a machine room 2 partitioned in a lower innermost part of a body 1 and cooled by a cooling fan 9. On the other hand, a temperature in the refrigerator is sensed by indoor temperature sensing means 10. The fan 9 is controlled by cooling fan control means 11 based on the sensed indoor temperature. The means 11 outputs a drive command held temporarily when a predetermined time set by a timer 12 is elapsed to the compressor 3 and starts the operation of the fan 9. That is, the operation of the fan 9 is started prior to the start of the operation of the compressor 3 thereby preventing liquid refrigerant from becoming flash gas at the time of starting the operation of the compressor 3 and cooling from becoming insufficient due to a disturbance of circulating the refrigerant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a hindrance of circulation of a refrigerant which is caused by that the refrigerant in a capillary tube exchanging heat with a suction pipe is turned into a gas by extraordinary heating when an overheated refrigerant in an evaporator after completion of a defrosting operation flows through the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:After completion of defrosting, a two-way valve control means 32 detects a start of a compressor 9 and opens a two-way valve 31. At this time, a suction pipe temperature detecting means 33 detects the temperature of a suction pipe 13 and maintains the state of the two-way valve 31 until the temperature of the suction pipe 13 lowers to a prescribed temperature (e.g. -10 deg.C). Thereby the temperature of the suction pipe 13 lowers and a hindrance of circulation of a refrigerant in a capillary tube 11 is not caused.
