Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a freezer in which refrigerant and a freezer oil having no compatibility with the refrigerant are used, and which can easily be manufactured to maintain a low price. CONSTITUTION:In a freezer system in which refrigerant of HFC-134a and freezer oil composed of alkylbenzene and naphthene mineral oil having no compatibility with the refrigerant are enclosed in correspondence with full elimination of CFC, the refrigerant and oil are mixed to each other and the mixture substance enters from a capillary tube 53 into an upper part 60 of an evaporator coil. The refrigerant evaporates and the evaporated refrigerant and oil are moved downward in sequence and reach the lowest point 61 of the evaporator coil. Accordingly, alkylbenzene, and naphthene mineral oil not compatible with the refrigerant can be used without any shortage of oil in a compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an automatically opening and closing valve (not electrically operated), which acts when it senses overheating of the compressor resulting from hard use and effects powerful cooling of the compressor by injection, in order to improve the reliability of the compressor and prolong the service life thereof. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a sealed refrigerating compressor 21 during operation is sensed and, only when this temperature is high, a temperature- activated automatic opening-closing valve 27 provided in a bypass 25 which is connected from a condenser 2 to the high-temperature part in the cylinder is opened so as to inject into the high-temperature part liquid refrigerant being the condensate in a condenser 2. When the temperature of the compressor 21 is low, the temperature-activated automatic opening-closing valve 27 is closed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce vibration of a closed casing, and reduce noise by providing metallic bellowses in the middle of a suction line and a delivery line in the closed casing. CONSTITUTION:A metallic bellows 20 is communicated airtightly with a suction pipe 21 and an insertion pipe 22, and the insertion pipe 22 is inserted into an inlet hole of a muffler 5 through an elastic body 23. A metallic bellows 26 connected consecutively to a delivery line 25 to communicate a delivery muffler 9 fixed to a compression element 3 with a delivery pipe 24, is also provided. Thereby, vibration of the compression element 3 is transmitted to a closed casing 1 after being absorbed significantly by the metallic bellowses 20 and 26. Thereby, vibration of the closed casing 1 for which low vibration is desired by users can be restrained in equal to or smaller than 10 microns.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency with a simplified part by pressing and closing a delivery hole, provided in a long circular arc-shaped recessed part of a valve plate, with a delivery reed with the section formed in almost C-shape. CONSTITUTION:A valve plate 20 fixed to a cylinder block 9 by an opening end 7 and a long recessed part 32 formed in a side opposed to a piston 11 in this valve plate 20 are provided. Two delivery holes 29 are formed in this recessed part 32, and also a delivery reed 35 of almost C-shaped section for independently closing each delivery hole 29 is provided in this recessed part 32 while the reed 35 is energized in a direction of closing the two delivery holes 29. That is, one end of the C-shaped delivery reed 35 is secured to a delivery reed holder 42, and the other end presses the delivery hole 29 of the valve plate 20 to close the hole 29. In this way, staying accumulation of refrigerant gas in the delivery hole 29 of the valve plate 20 is minimized to improve compression efficiency. Since a plurality of the delivery reeds 35 are provided, an overcompression loss can be prevented.
