Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which performs stable reading of data even if a label for the information recording medium is pasted thereto. SOLUTION: The label 20 is positioned by fitting three circular holes 20a and one elliptic hole 20b thereof onto four projecting parts 10b of a CD-R main body 10. Force by the expansion difference between CD-R main body 10 and the label 20 according to a change in the temperature to be received by the CD-R body 10 can be reduced and the warpage and deformation of the CD-R body 10 are suppressed by disposing a plurality of island-shaped adhesive layers 23. Also, since the adhesive layers 23 are formed of the plurality of the island forms, the label 20 can be pasted to the CD-R main body 10 with a small amount of the adhesives and the removal of the label 20 from the CD-R main body 10 can be easily carried out. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve position accuracy of each parts and to reduce the number of parts by forming a part at least opposing to a laser chip of a laser cap of hologram with a transparent synthetic resin material and forming hologram at a transparent part of a cap. SOLUTION: A hologram laser 3 is constituted so that a chip pedestal 11 on which a laser chip 9 and a photodiode are mounted is mounted on the prescribed position of a printed board 2 and a hologram element 12 is mounted on the prescribed position of the printed board 2 so as to cover the chip pedestal 11. The hologram element 12 is made of transparent synthetic resin, and diffraction grating 14 is formed at the inside plane of one side plane of a cap body 13 of a small box type of which the lower plane is made open and a hologram 15 is formed at the outside plane. Thereby, positioning between the hologram 15 and the cap body 13 is not required, position accuracy between the hologram 15 and the cap body 13 can be improved, the number of parts can be decreased.

In this case, a semiconductor laser element 1a is mounted on a base 15 in which the semiconductor laser device is fixed and bonded directly to the optical block 9.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an offset cancel circuit at a tracking error signal- processing circuit to the movement of an objective lens in a tracking direction, and reduce consumption power, by setting a driving means which can move an optical block securing an optical integrated circuit and the objective lens in a focusing direction and the tracking direction integrally. SOLUTION: When a current based on a focusing error signal is sent to a focusing coil 14 wound on a side face of an optical block 12, the optical block 12 is controlled to be driven in a focusing direction on the basis of a direction and a size of the current. A current based on a tracking error signal or a command signal from a system controller is sent to a tracking coil 18, and the optical block 12 is controlled to be driven in a tracking direction together with a moving stage 17 on the basis of a direction and a size of the current. The optical block 12 is accordingly integrally moved by this control driving means.

The light emitting and receiving elements 13 is composed so that an astigmatic compensating plate 14b whose tilt angle is adjustable is integrally provided with a cover 14 on the surface of the cover 14 through which a laser beam transmitted from the light emitting and receiving elements 13. Consequently, since the astigmatic compensating plate 14b and a collimator lens, etc., are integrally formed on the surface through which a light beam from the light emitting and receiving elements 13, the assembling of the respective optical elements is facilitated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the optical base which does not require the curtailment of the number of parts and exact alignment by integrally forming a part for supporting optical elements and a slide base part for housing a biaxial actuator. CONSTITUTION:The entire part of an optical base 12 of an optical pickup 10 is integrally formed of die casting and a relatively large space 45 disposed on the inner side of the slide base part 41 of the base 12 is capable of housing the biaxial actuator 51 therein. The slide body 41 is integrally and successively provided with a fixing part 32 which is fixed to an apparatus main body side via a bearing 43a. The slide base 41 and an optical system supporting part 42 are integrally formed to eliminate the need for an assembly operation and to facilitate the alignment of the optical elements to be assembled. Plural recessed parts are formed in the optical supporting part 42. The optical elements are fixed by inserting the elements into these recessed parts and mounting a shielding cover thereon.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain high speed recording and reproducing by equipping an optical system for recording and an optical system for reproducing in an optical card, for which plural recording units to be composed of linear track strings are recorded in a matrix shape. CONSTITUTION:To an optical card 1, a digital signal is recorded as the track string and the plural recording units (blocks) of the track strings in a prescribed number are recorded in the matrix shape. The optical system for recording and the optical system for reproducing are equipped and a laser beam from a light source 6 of the optical system for recording is deflected by a galvano-mirror 8 and scanned in the direction of the track string. Then, the digital signal is recorded. One block is formed with the prescribed track string. A reproducing light from a light source 14 for reproducing covers the range of one block and the light is image-formed to an area image sensor 19. A signal from the image sensor is converted to be digital and written to a memory and the reproducing data of the respective track strings are read from the memory. Then, the reproducing can be executed just after the recording and a check can be easily executed. Then, the high speed recording and high speed reproducing can be executed.

The middle of the barrel 11 is coupled to the box 13 via an elastic body 23 of bulky shape made of a foamed synthetic resin or the like. In this device, focusing servo is made by flowing a current to a coil 16, and tracking servo is made by flowing current to coils 20a, 20b.
