    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title system so designed that a closed chamber formed between a table and a support is fed, via a relevant inlet, with a compressed fluid to make a work on the table float off the support, thereby accurately, quickly positioning the work with a small force. CONSTITUTION:A closed chamber 70 formed between a support 51 and a table 58 is fed, via a relevant inlet 64 at the support 51, with such an amount of a compressed fluid as to allow the table 58 to move horizontally and lightly. The table is provided with (A) plural conical planes 59 with which plural balls 52 are to be pushed up by a piston 53 and brought into contact, (B) a surface 66 to be loaded with a work 21, and (C) a tapered plane 61 representing a guide.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To correct lopsided traveling and securely correct lopsidedness in traveling at all times even at the time of high speed conveyance by always interposedly holding a traveling sheet like object and pulling said sheet like object in the width direction by means of at least one sheet pulling part. CONSTITUTION:A traveling sheet like object 1 is interposedly held at all times and pulled in the width direction by means of at least one sheet pulling part 6 to correct lopsidedness. And, the sheet like object 1 will not come off of two rotary disks 8, 9 which form the sheet pulling part 6 at all even when the sheet like object 1 is conveyed at a high speed, enabling always secure correction of lopsidedness in traveling. Also, when a control program is combinedly used, the interposingly holding force of an interposingly holding point can be gradually converged in accordance with the lopsided quantity of the sheet like object, thereby, without need for requiring a long time test and labor for setting the initial condition of the sheet pulling part 6, enabling the correction of lopsidedness in traveling without hunting.

CONSTITUTION:Molten spun yarn Y from a spinneret 1 is cooled and solidified by cooling wind 13 of a cooling chimney 2, collected by a guide 3, traveled through a heat treatment device 4, provided with a finishing oil by an oiling device 9, taken-up by take-up rollers 10 and 11 and wound round a winder 12. The heat treatment device has narrow parts 5 and 5' through which yarn Y can pass at both ends of an inlet and an outlet sides. The heat treatment device 4 is charged with pressure stem 8 fed from a feed pipe 7 and the traveling yarn Y is heat-treated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A treating machine, having respective means integrally laid on a movable frame capable of being freely carried in and out of a vacuum treating vessel therein and capable of stably processing a material even at a high speed without changing the vacuum degree and minimizing the vacuum treating vessel and having improved operability in changing over the grade. CONSTITUTION:In a plasma treating machine consisting of a vacuum treating vessel, a delivery means for a material to be treated, winding means, transfer means and plasma irradiation means contained in the treating vessel, the respective means are integrally laid on a movable frame capable of being freely carried in and out of the vessel. Driving source terminals, power source terminals and cooling water supply source terminals for operating the respective means laid on the frame are provided in the vessel and such terminals are detachably connected to the corresponding terminals corresponding to the respective means on the frame.
