    Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep a spun fiber under a pressure of >=1kg/cm G, by extruding a thermoplastic polymer to a spinning cylinder having a pressurized atmosphere, cooling and solidifying the spun fiber, and taking out of the cylinder to the outer atmosphere through the spinning cylinder outlet sealed completely with a fluid sealant. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized chamber Sa is composed of a movable cylinder 17 pressed against the ring-shaped chimney 12 of the apparatus for blasting pressurized cooling air. A guide-holder 25 attached with the seal-guide 24 having a small slit 28 only to allow the passage of the yarn Y is attached to the yarn- outlet at the bottom of the cylinder 18. The outer wall of the cylinder 18 is encircled with the heat-exchanger 29 and the temperature in the pressurized atmosphere chamber Sa is decreased by a refrigeration medium.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A spinning device having high hermetic seal, making operation at the surface of spinneret easy, wherein a spinning column is totally or partially connectable and separable from a spinneret part, the sliding part and the contact part are provided with a sealing member, and a fluid sealing member is set at the bottom of the spinning column. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulating column 11 and the circular chimney 12 for introducing cooling air are set under the spinning pack 6 having the spinneret 7 optionally through the heating column 8, and the spinning column S is set under the circular chimney. The spinning column S consists of the fixed column 18 and the slidable and movable column 17 inside it, and the top part of the movable column 17 is connected and separated from the circular chimney 12 by the fluid cylinder 19. The contact part and the sliding part at the top part of the movable column 17 are provided with the sealing members 16 and 16' such as O ring, etc., and the sealing guide 24 to seal in a liquid way is set at the bottom part of the fixed column 18.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve cooling effect while keeping a reduced pressure state, by setting a cooling air sending part at just below a spinneret in a spinning column in a reduced pressure atmosphere, withdrawing cooled yarn from an outlet part of the fluidly sealed spinning column by a withdrawing means laid at the outside of the spinning column. CONSTITUTION:The movable column 17 is brought into contact with the ring- shaped chimney 12 by pressure, and the space Sa extending from a position just below the spinneret 7 to the seal guide 24 at the bottom of the fixed cylinder 18 is prepared. Degree of reduced pressure of the space Sa is detected by the vacuum meter 27, and the vacuum pump 26 is regulated by the controller 22 to make the degree of reduced pressure constant. The yarn Y is cooled and solidified by cooling air sent from the chimney.
