    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a sheet at high speed without impairing quality by a method wherein the position of a blade-like electrostatic applying electrode to a cooling rotator is adjusted biaxially and, at the same time, the angle between the normal direction of the cooling rotator and the blade-like electrostatic applying electrode is adjusted. SOLUTION: A blade-like electrostatic applying electrode 4 is provided in the neighborhood of the landing point 8 of a thermoplastic resin sheet to a cooling rotator 2 so as to bring the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 into close contact with the cooling rotator 2. Both the end parts of the blade-like electrostatic applying electrode 4 are covered with insulating members 5, the end part of each of which is supported with a holding part 6. The holding part 6 is made slidable on a fixed stand 13 and horizontally adjusted with a bolt 10 under the condition that a stay 11 cats as a fulcrum and vertically adjusted with the hold 12. Further, with the rotating devices 14 at both the end parts of the electrostatic applying electrode 4, the angle between the normal direction of the cooling rotator 2 and the blade-like electrostatic applying electrode 4 is preperly adjusted. As a result, the applying electrode can be easily and accurately adjusted to an optimum position.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy an electrical insulating properties as an electrical material, suppress the elution of metal as the inner lining material of a packaging material and of a filling vessel for drinking water, and suppress the occurrence of defect such as pining holes by a method wherein the unevenness of a longitudinal thickness is set to be a specified value, the surface haze of a film is set to be a specified value, and its melt specific resistance is set to be within a specified range. SOLUTION: The unevenness of a longitudinal thickness must be below 20%. If its unevenness exceeds 20%, the unevenness of an insulating properties and poor slitting at working are caused when employed as an electrical material and poor slitting at working is caused as a packaging material and the inner lining material of a filling vessel and poor bonding and separation are caused at the lamination to a metal can as the inner lining material of the filling vessel. The surface haze of a film should be lower than 1.5%. If it is 1.5% or above, the lowering of the adhesion between the metal can as the filling vessel and the film develops and, in addition, the lowering of its shook resistance and its insulating properties develops also. The melt specific resistance of the film must be within the range of 5×10 -2×10 ω.cm. If its melt specific resistance is outside of the above-mentioned range, elution of metal and poor bonding to a cooling rotary body occur.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform higher density recording by utilizing high picture quality of a metal thin film magnetic recording medium and high strength, high heat resistant characteristics of fundamental characteristics of polyethylene-2,6- naphthalate. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented composite film has a layer A made of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate containing germanium compound and magnesium compound, and a layer B made of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate containing inactive solid fine particles and laminated on the layer A.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize film formation while a life of a filter is remarkably prolonged by using a metal powder sintered filter wherein a sieve opening of the filter is successively decreased in the order from the initial filtration process, and in the last filtration process, a sieve opening larger than that in the preceeding process is provided. SOLUTION: Polyester resin is extruded by melting with an extruding machine, and the molten resin is successively filtered with a filter consisting of metal powder sintered compact of a large sive opening on the first stage, a filter consisting of metal fiber sintered compact wherein the sieve opening is the minimum and filter precision is 10 μm or under on the second stage, and a filter consisting of the metal powder sintered compact of a large sieve opening lastly. For the filter in this case, molten resin from, for example, the extruding machine 1 is filtered by using three or more kinds of filters 2, 3, 4. The filtered molten resin is discharged in a sheet state from a mouthpiece. A resin sheet is solidified by cooling with a cooling rotor 12 to become a polyester resin sheet 6.
