Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas liquefaction device suitable to achieve energy saving and to reduce a COemission amount by efficiently executing cooling to ultra low temperatures and liquefying methane gas in coal layers of a high concentration and a low concentration condensed to a predetermined concentration and utilizing ultra low temperature air separated for recooling nitrogen gas.SOLUTION: In an ultra low temperature cooling methane gas liquefaction device, by introducing ultra low temperature-cooling liquefied nitrogen 13 into nitrogen rectangular conduit pipes 23 with riblets of a spiral type ultra low temperature cooling unit 11 in which methane rectangular conduit pipes 12 with riblets and the nitrogen rectangular conduit pipes 23 with riblets are piped so as to contact with each other in a spiral manner, intra-coal layer methane gas 2A, 2B contacting the ultra low temperature cooling liquefied nitrogen through a wall surface with riblets and flowing in the methane rectangular conduit pipes 12 with riblets is cooled to ultra low temperatures and liquefied.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete curing method and a curing apparatus, which shorten a construction period of the whole curing construction without requiring a new facility or an apparatus. SOLUTION: The concrete curing method and an apparatus for use in the method include a bag body installed in a predetermined space from a concrete curing object surface and expandable and contractible, and a curing sheet arranged within the predetermined space. The curing sheet can be attached to and detached from the curing object surface of the concrete. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining concrete curing device in which a water supply or a large scale appliance is not required and management and movement are facilitative and reduction of cost can be realized. SOLUTION: The present invention is a curing device 10 for a lining concrete 1 after removal of forms and provided with a curement balloon 20 which swells in an arched shape by supply of a fluid and its outer peripheral face 21 closely adheres to a lining concrete 1 face in a substantially uniform condition, and an almost gate shaped moving carrier 11 supporting the curing balloon 20 at the inner peripheral face 22 and mounting it. Thereby, since the curing balloon 20 to which the outer peripheral face 21 adheres closely and almost uniformly is mounted on the substantially gateshaped moving carrier 11 which is supported by the inner peripheral face 22, the management and movement become facilitative and the cost can be reduced and further, the working vehicles traveling in the tunnel can pass through the almost gate shaped moving carrier 11.
