본 고안은 조립식으로 된 직선 및 곡선의 부재를 결합한 П형의 후레임에 일정간격으로 가이드 롤러를 구비하고, 피 이동부재를 파지하고 이송할 수 있는 캐리어 앗세이가 결합된 고장력 와이어를 걸어 구동모터로 캐리어 앗세이를 빠른 속도로 왕복시켜 피 이동부재를 이송할 수 있게 한 공장 자동화를 위한 고속운반장치이다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 스퍼어기어의 엔씨코드 생성을 위한 캠시스템의 제어방법에 있어서, 더욱 상세하게는, Involute curve와 Biarc curve 사이에서 발생하는 오차의 한도를 정하여 허용오차라 하고, 상기 호용오차 범위내에서 Involute curve상의 점(좌표)를 구하기 위하여 GSS(Golden section search)법을 사용하고 이를 반복하여, 모든 구간에서의 오차를 허용오차 범위내에 속하게 하고, 이에 따라 최적의 구간길이를 구할 수 있도록 함으로써, 구간수와 NC-Code의 길이를 감소시킴은 물론, 스퍼어기어의 가공시간을 단축시켜 생산성을 향상시키도록 하는 스퍼어기어의 엔씨코드 생성을 위한 캠시스템의 제어방법을 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A tool state monitoring system in a cutting work is provided to prevent the fault and damage of stuffs and to treat an error in a short time period when the error occurs by determining and predicting the damage of tools while the cutting work is being carried out. CONSTITUTION: A neural network is studied in such a manner that the tool state can be checked by using sensor data and cutting parameter index. The studied neural network is re-studied. By using the studied neural network which is studied as a knowledge through a fuzzy induction system, the fuzzy rule or membership function are adjusted so as to express in language the whole characteristic and complexity of processes.

본 고안은 평면유리판을 제조시 판유리에 코팅된 비닐을 제거하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 구동모터(120)의 구동에 의해 모니터용 판유리(2)에 코팅된 비닐(1)을 제거하는 롤러장치에 있어서, 연부 일주면에 다수의 홀이 형성되어 일방향으로 회전하는 아웃롤러(10)와, 상기 아웃롤러(10)의 내면에 형성되며, 연부 일주면에 흡입홈(90)을 형성하여 진공관(80) 내부로 진공 흡입하는 인롤러(20)와, 상기 아웃롤러(10)와 인롤러(20) 사이에 소정의 간격을 두고 중공부(30)를 형성하여 상기 아웃롤러(10)에 형성된 다수의 홀(40)을 통해 진공흡입이 이루어짐을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 평판 유리에서 진공을 이용하여 코팅 비닐의 이격, 이탈을 더욱 효율적으로 실시할 수 있으며, 인체에 유해한 작업환경으로 부터 보호할 수 있고, 기존 공정 상의 노동력을 감소시켜 보다 편리하며, 작업 공정의 시간을 줄이고 롤러의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있어 생산비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 복합방식의 압축공기 제습 및 청정장치에 관한 것으로 에어컴프레셔에서 압축된 공기는 에어필터에서 부유성 고형물인 먼지를 우선 여과하고 냉매압축식 냉각기에서 1차로 제습한 다음 활성탄소 미분말을 이용한 에어필터로 미세 먼지 및 유분 등을 재차 제거한 후 반도체소자식 제습기에서 2차로 제습하는 것을 특징으로 하며 이러한 복합방식의 제습장치는 단일방식의 제습장치에서는 얻기 어려운 고청정도의 건조공기를 쉽게 얻을 수 있게 하는 효과를 발생한다.

PURPOSE: A tool adapter having an augmentation speed tool is provided to secure high speed working efficiency and high precision by making the rotation of a main shaft spindle high. CONSTITUTION: A tool adapter for augmenting the rotational speed of a machine tool is composed of a traction drive comprising an input shaft(1) inserted and mounted to a main shaft spindle, a plurality of planetary rollers(6) rotated by the input shaft, a housing(4) inscribed to the planetary rollers and fixed by a position block, and a sun roller(5) contacted rotatively to the planetary roller; lubricating oil filled in the traction drive to transmit power by viscosity among the housing, the planetary roller, and the sun roller; and a tool collet(9) installed at an output shaft(7) extended from the run roller. The cutting oil is fed from a cutting oil supply hose disposed in the position block to a nozzle bored around the output shaft along a path formed in the housing.

PURPOSE: To understand process of arc ion plating and structure and characteristics of a TiN film according to experimental conditions through X-ray analysis and study life and abrasion shape of coated tools enabling high speed cutting by coating thin films of TiN, TiAlN, TiC and Al2O3, wear resistant thin films, on cutting tools, thereby improving abrasion and friction characteristics of cutting tools. CONSTITUTION: The structure control technology of coating layer and interface for improving durability of next generation multilayer coated tools for ultra-high speed cutting is characterized in that it is the optimum coating process of a CrN coating layer, wherein CrN of surfaces (111), (200) and (220) is preferably grown as a bias voltage is increased when analyzing the thin film to a stepsize of 0.5 at a diffraction angle of 20 to 80 degrees after coating a thin film on a matrix; growth of CrN is predominant when voltage is increased; a broad peak of amorphous phase is displayed when the bias voltage is low, but crystal phase of the sharp peak is displayed when the bias voltage is high since a broad peak is shown when the bias voltage is low, and a sharp peak is shown when the bias voltage is increased; crystal structure of Cr2N is hexagonal, and crystal structure of CrN is cubic; and the coating layer is changed from amorphous to crystalline as the bias voltage is increased, and (111) and (200) surfaces are preferred orientation of the CrN coating layer.

PURPOSE: A shopfloor line balancing and layout designing technique is provided to correct constitution of the system with regard to learning effect of operators in progressing the production process after building a production system. CONSTITUTION: For the shopfloor line balancing and layout designing technique, an optimal production system is built, various processes and the cycle time for developed products are analyzed, the proper number of operators for maximizing the efficiency of a new line is calculated by using a line balancing method, and then a layout of the shopfloor is decided by a 3D(Dimension) model. For a fist plan, production rate for one day is 114 when cycle time is 210 seconds and 12 operators are input. For a second plan, production rate for one day is 80 when the cycle time is 300 seconds and 8 operators are input. The time for fifth and sixth steps of the first plan is shortened to 180 seconds. The production rate for one day is 133 when the cycle time is 180 seconds.

PURPOSE: A device for keeping properties of soluble cutting oil is provided to regulate specific gravity within 0.001 by applying a proximity sensor and to prevent completely rotting of the cutting oil. CONSTITUTION: In a device for keeping properties of soluble cutting oil, cutting oil additive components are adsorbed on various kinds of metal chips and removed, and accordingly the material property of the cutting oil is reduced greatly. The device for keeping properties of soluble cutting oil examines the amount of the cutting oil additive components adsorbed on iron, brass, and aluminum chips and checks the supplement amount for holding properly the material properties of the cutting oil. Isopropyl alcohol used as a coupling agent and benzotriazol, which are adsorbed well, are supplemented two or three times as much as diethanolamine that is reference component in a crude liquid of the cutting oil.

PURPOSE: A vacuum roller system for removing vinyl coated on plate glass by using vacuum is provided, which increases vinyl removal efficiency and lifetime of roller, and shortens working time. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum roller system for removing vinyl(1) coated on a plate glass(2) for monitor comprises a driving motor(120), a vacuum tube(80), extended crosswise, forming one more vacuum roller(100) with many holes, a pulley(150) driving rotation of vacuum tube, and a timing belt(160). The vacuum roller includes the parts of: an adhesion roller touching vinyl; an out-roller, forming many holes on its circumference, which is inside the adhesion roller and rotates in one direction; an in-roller, formed inside the out-roller, with one or more of suction groove on its circumference which vacuum sucks vinyl into the inside of a vacuum tube(80) inside the in-roller; a sealing part, formed outside the in-roller, to protect in-roller from sucked impurities; a hollow part between out-roller and in-roller, made of hard plastic or metal, which distributes suction power to the holes formed on the adhesion roller and out-roller, resulting in the vacuum roller with suction power.
