본 발명은 진도홍주색소의 감별 방법에 관한 것으로, 지초를 사용하여 제조된 진도홍주를 분액여두를 이용하여 에칠아세테이트계 용매계로 분배하면 진도홍주의 홍색소가 이들 유기용매계로 분배되어지는 성질을 이용하여 감별하는 1단계 감별방법, 분광광도계의 의한 진도홍주색소의 분광학적 성질을 이용하여 감별하는 2단계 감별방법, 그리고 옥타데실실란 컬럼이 장착된 고성능액체크로마토그라피에 의해 진도홍주 홍색소 용출양상을 검토하여 감별하는 3단계 감별방법으로 구성된 진도홍주색소의 1, 2, 3단계 감별방법에 의해 진도홍주 홍색소가 지초유래의 색소인지를 간편하고도 정확하게 식별할 수 있는 감별방법을 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A natural antioxidant substance containing 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid, quercetin-3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside and hovenidine B6 as a new natural antioxidant active material separated from Hovenia dulcis Thunb. is provided which is expected to be used as a material of food and medicine having an anti-aging function. CONSTITUTION: Leaves and stems of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. are extracted in water, freeze dried and then extracted in methanol, followed by solvent fractionation to produce an ethyl acetate acidic fraction and neural fraction. An active material contained in the extract is then purified with a purifying means such as silica gel column chromatography, chromatography with Sephadex LH-20, octadecylsilane column chromatography, a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography or the like.

PURPOSE: A discriminating method of Jindo-Hongju pigment is provided, thereby easily and accurately discriminating whether red pigment of Jindo-Hongju is derived from puccoon (Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc), and maintaining constant quality of Jindo-Hongju pigment. CONSTITUTION: The discriminating method of Jindo-Hongju pigment comprises the steps of: mixing Jindo-Hongju pigment with ethylacetate-hexane mixed solvent in a same ratio, or mixing Jindo-Hongju pigment diluted with 10 to 20% of water with ethyl acetate in a same ratio, settling the mixture for a certain time, and observing color of an upper organic layer with the naked eye; determining whether the Jindo-Hongju pigment has a peak with the highest optical density value at 520 nm, and peaks with second and third optical density values at 496 nm and 550 nm using a spectrophotometer; and measuring the elution pattern by subjecting the Jindo-Hongju pigment to HPLC using the octadecylsilane column.

PURPOSE: Provided is a natural preservative using the skin of Arachis hypogaea containing natural antimicrobial and antioxidant active materials such as 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, the 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, the 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, the 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, the 4-hydroxycinnamic acid are separated from the skin of Arachis hypogaea by a process comprising the steps of: extracting from the skin of Arachis hypogaea by methanol; distributing the extract by ethylacetate and a phosphoric acid buffer solution to obtain ethylacetate-soluble acidic fractions; separating the fractions by a silicagel absorption column chromatography, a sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, an octadecylsilane(ODS) column chromatography, and a HPLC.

본 발명은 차엽카테킨을 포함하는 물티슈제품 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 차엽을 열수로 추출하고, 추출액을 정제하여 에칠아세테이트로 분배시킨 후 에칠아세테이트 분획을 농축하여 유기 용매를 제거하고 물에 녹여 동결건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 차엽카테킨은 피부 화농에 관련하는 균의 생육을 억제하는 항균 효과와 자유라디칼(free radical) 소거하는 항산화효과를 가지고 있어 차엽카테킨을 포함하는 물티슈는 피부염 및 피부노화 예방효과를 갖는 위생적인 물티슈제품을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A preparation method of gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract having inhibition activity of growth of microorganism such as Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and containing 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid is provided. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)grinding the dried gardenia fruit; (ii)washing by dipping in hexane solvent at room temperature for 24 hours so as to remove impurity and fat soluble component; (iii)after dipping residue in water, ethanol, methanol solvent, filtrating to obtain extract; (iv)swelling extract with water or ethanol or methanol solvent by using Sephadex LH-20 and eluting and fractionizing; (v)purifying and manufacturing gardenia fruit chrysophyll extract by collecting eluate fraction whose Ve/Vt(ratio of elution volume to total column volume) is 0.8-1.2; (vi)performing vacuum concentration or freeze drying.
