본발명은α-케토글루타레이트(α-ketoglutarate)를함유하는주름개선용화장료조성물에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는α-케토글루타레이트가콜라겐의주요구성아미노산인프롤린의공급에관여하는프롤리다아제활성을증가시킴으로써콜라겐생성을촉진시키는주름개선용화장료조성물에관한것이다. 또한, 본발명에의한화장료조성물은상기α-케토글루타레이트와함께α-리포익산(α-lipoic acid)을유효성분으로더 함유할수 있으며, 상기α-리포익산은프롤릴-4-수산화효소발현을증가시켜생성된프로콜라겐이올바른삼중나선(triple helix)을형성시키는역할을한다. 즉, 본발명에의한화장료조성물은프롤리다아제활성을증가시키는α-케토글루타레이트와함께α-리포익산을함유함으로써콜라겐생합성을촉진시킨다.

PURPOSE: A kit for detecting a skin active material and a detection method using the same are provided to quickly and simply screen antioxidative, whitening and moisturizing materials. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting a skin active material contains Klotho protein gene, primer for amplifying the gene of sequence numbers 1 and 2, a probe of sequence number 3, and a material which enhances Klotho protein expression level in skin cells. The skin active material is a material for moisturizing, anti-aging, or whitening. The skin cells are human keratinocytes, fibroblast, or melanocytes.

PURPOSE: A composition containing octyl salicylate or phenylbenaimidazole sulfonic acid is provided to effectively block UVC and UVB. CONSTITUTION: A composition for blocking UVC contains one or more selected from the group consisting of octyl salicylate or phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid as an active ingredient. The composition is used in the form of solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, foundation, oil-in-water, or water-in-oil. The maximum absorbance is in the wavelength of 200-290 nm.

CONSTITUTION: A material which suppresses activation of TRPV-1(transient receptor potential family V-1) contains extract isolated from one or more selected from Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc., Pleuropterus multflorus, and Atractylodes japonica Koidxumi or Atractylodes ovate Koidzumi. A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-10 weight%, preferably 0.01-5 weight% of the extract. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of nutrition skin, massage cream, pack gel or lotion, ointment, cream, patch or spray.

A method for preparing diosmetin is provided to obtain the diosmetin which promotes biosynthesis of a type I pro-collagen by decreasing biosynthesis of MMP-1 caused by UV. A cosmetic composition comprising the diosmetin is provided to show excellent skin anti-aging and wrinkle improving effects. A method for preparing diosmetin comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining a lemon peel extract using an organic solvent; (b) preparing a hydrolysate from the extract using an acid, a base or an enzyme; and (c) purifying the hydrolysate using silica gel column chromatography. A cosmetic composition comprises 0.0001-5 wt.% of the diosmetin as an effective ingredient. Further, the cosmetic composition is in a form of cosmetic water, cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing form, cleansing water, pack, powder, body lotion, body cream, body oil or body essence.

An external skin composition containing omega-3 fatty acids is provided to restore damaged skin barrier, protect the skin from outside harmful environments, moisturize the skin, increase skin permeability of useful ingredients, and improve stability of omega-3 fatty acids. An external skin composition for improving skin health contains 0.5-3 wt.% of omega-3 fatty acids in a type of omega-3 fatty acid-containing oil such as black current oil, and is formulated as oil-in-water type emulsion having an oil droplet with omega-3 fatty acid and a water phase with lipid nanoparticles having no omega-3 fatty acid, wherein the omega-3 fatty acid is solubilized in ether oil phase or lipid nanoparticles in water phase of the oil-in-water type emulsion. Further, the external skin composition prevents or treats wrinkle of the skin.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antiaging effect and is improved in safety and stability to the skin stimulus and discoloration, its preparation method, and an antiaging skin preparation for external use and a collagenase and elastase expression inhibitor containing the derivative. CONSTITUTION: The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H, a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; R3 is CONH, NHCO, CONR5 or NR5CO (wherein R5 is H or a C1-C10 alkyl group); and R4 is -(CH)n- (wherein n is 0 or 1). The method comprises the steps of reacting benzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or 4-aminophenylacetic acid methyl ester or reacting aniline and monomethyl terephthalate, to prepare a benzamide compound; substituting the amino bond of the benzamide compound into an alkyl bond; hydrolyzing the methyl ester group to prepare an acid; and reacting the obtained acid with hydroxyl amine·HCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.
