Abstract: PURPOSE: An LPI fuel pump for preventing bubbles from coming into is provided to prevent bubbles from coming into a fuel pump and reduce pressure to supply fuel and the flow-rate change of the fuel pump, since the structures of an intake part and an extended part are differently formed. CONSTITUTION: An LPI fuel pump for preventing bubbles from coming into comprises one or more fuel chambers(30) and a bubble removing chamber(40). The fuel chambers are connected from an intake part(20) in the fuel pump and can temporarily store fuel. The bubble removing chamber comprises a bubble discharge part(41), which can discharge bubbles receiving from the intake part. An extended part(31) is formed on the intake part connected to the fuel chamber to be located adjacent to the inside of a reservoir cup.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel supply system of an LPI engine is provided to improve initial start and running performance due to the decrease of fuel discharge of a pump by quickly enhancing the pressure in a fuel tank in the winter season. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system of an LPI engine comprises a fuel tank(100), a sensing unit(110), a heater(200), a fuel pump(120), a fuel supply line(S) and a fuel return line(R). The fuel tank is filled with fuel. The sensing unit is installed in the fuel tank. The heater is installed outside the fuel tank. The heater heats the inside of the fuel tank. The fuel pump is connected to the fuel tank through the fuel supply line. The fuel pump is installed outside the fuel tank. The fuel supply line supplies fuel from the fuel pump to the engine. The fuel return line is communicated to send fuel from the engine to the inside of the fuel tank. The heater operates only under a predetermined condition in the fuel tank.
