Abstract: 본발명은 LPG가기화하면서잠열을흡수하는것을이용하여연료공급을차단하고봄베내로가압된연료를회수함으로써봄베내 온도를낮춰원활한 LPG 연료충전이이루어질수 있도록하는봄베온도저감장치및 방법에관한것이다. 이를위해본 발명에서는 LPG 연료를저장하며, 인젝터로연료를공급하는연료공급라인이연결된봄베의온도저감장치에있어서, 봄베내에설치되어연료를가압시키는연료펌프와; 상기연료공급라인에설치되어상기인젝터로의연료공급을차단할수 있는차단밸브와; 상기연료공급라인으로부터상기봄베내로분기되며, 상기차단밸브가폐쇄된경우공급연료를봄베내로회수하는연료회수라인과; 상기연료회수라인을통해회수된연료를상기붐베내부로분사하는분사구;를포함하는것을특징으로하는 LPG 기화잠열을이용한봄베온도저감장치를제공한다. 또한, 본발명에서는이러한봄베온도저감장치를이용하여연료주입준비신호가입력되는단계와; 상기연료주입준비신호가입력된경우, 솔레노이드밸브를폐쇄하는단계와; 연료펌프를구동시키는단계와; 봄베내부의연료를연료회수라인의분사구를통해봄베내부로다시분사하는단계;를포함하는 LPG 기화잠열을이용한봄베온도저감방법을제공한다.

Abstract: Disclosed is an LPG cylinder valve apparatus which comprises a valve body installed at an LPG cylinder and having a fuel flow passage which is supplied with fuel from an LPG line and supplies the fuel to the LPG cylinder; a check valve provided at the fuel flow passage and having one end supported by an elastic part to be pressed in the direction of closing the fuel flow passage; a cam provided at the other side of the check valve; and a cam rod connecting the cam and the check valve and adjusting the opening and closing of the check valve according to the rotation of the cam; and a conversion tool having both sides connected to the cam and a float of the LPG cylinder and converting the vertical motion of the float into the rotation of the cam.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for sensing the decreased temperature of bombe using the LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) latent heat of gasification, and a method thereof are provided to reducing the temperature in a bomb through the LATENT HEAT OF GASIFICATION generated when the collection fuel is evaporated, thereby decreasing the pressure in the bomb while using the existing LPI(Low-Pressure Injection) system. CONSTITUTION: A device for sensing the decreased temperature of bombe using the LPG latent heat of gasification includes a fuel pump(20), a connection device(30), and a fuel evaporation guide unit. The fuel pump is installed in a bomb(10), in which an LPG fuel stores, and pressures the fuel to be supplied therein through the supplying line. The connection apparatus is installed in the fuel supplying line and is connected to the fuel evaporation line located inside the bomb. The fuel evaporation guide unit is installed in the fuel evaporation line so that the recovery fuel of the supplied high pressure fuel is evaporated in the bomb. The temperature in the bomb is decreased by the latent heat generated when the evaporation of the recovery fuel.

Abstract: A hybrid driven type fuel device is provided to interrupt fuel vaporized gas from flowing into a canister by mounting a fuel feed valve in a loading line. A canister(20) is connected to a fuel tank(10) and a loading line(40), and collects fuel vaporized gas generated from the fuel tank. A fuel feed valve(70) is installed in the loading valve which is closed in idling or low speed traveling and is opened when the pressure in the fuel tank is suddenly increased.
