Abstract: 본 발명은 어류의 연쇄구균증 예방백신, 그 제조방법 및 투여방법에 관한 것으로, 연쇄구균증을 일으키는 원인균인 β-용혈성 Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 균주를 불활성화시켜 제조한 백신을 제공하며, 이 백신은 기존의 침지투여가 아닌 복강투여에 의하여 효과적인 예방 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 본 발명의 백신을 주사한 넙치의 상대생존율은 73.3-100%로 나타났으며, 상대생존율이 높고 응집항체가가 지속적으로 높게 유지되는 항원농도는 0.5mg/fish와 1.0mg/fish인 것으로 확인되었다.
본 발명에 의하면, 항생제 투여 없이 어류의 연쇄구균에 의한 감염을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어 경제적 손실을 방지하여 생산성을 높일 수 있고, 항생제 없는 안전한 건강어류를 생산, 공급함으로서 국민기호 식품으로서 인식의 전환을 가져와 어류 소비 촉진에 기여할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish, a production method of the same, and an administration method thereof by inactivating β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 are provided, thereby effectively preventing infection of Streptococcus in the fish without administration of antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish is prepared by inactivating β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 which causes Streptococcal disease in the fish, wherein the concentration of the antigen in the vaccine is 0.25 to 2.0 mg/fish. The method for producing the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish comprises the steps of: isolating and culturing β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208; inactivating the cultured β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 to obtain the vaccine; and regulating the concentration of the antigen of the vaccine. The method for administering the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish comprises injecting the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in fish into the abdominal cavity of a fish.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for treating Scuticocillates infected in a cultured olive flounder or flatfish(Paralichthys olivaceus) by administering ketoconazole to the olive flounder is provided which can destroy even Scuticocillates infected in the body as well as minimizing the stress on the olive flounder. CONSTITUTION: Ketoconazole is parenterally administered to a cultured olive flounder or flatfish at a dose of 200mg/kg, weight to destroy Scuticocillates infected in the body or to the outside of the flounder after it is dissolved in a phosphate solution.
