Abstract: 물통에 채워진 물을 유도가열 방식으로 가열하여 신속하게 스팀을 만들 수 있고, 물통을 간편하고 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있는 스팀발생장치 및 이를 갖춘 조리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 스팀발생장치는 스팀 배출관이 마련된 물통, 캐비티의 바닥면에 설치된 유도 코일, 물통의 바닥면에 인접하게 끼워져서 수평하게 배치되는 유도 가열부재, 유도 가열부재 위에서 제 1 및 제 2 지지돌기 위에 지지되어 물통에 수용된 물의 일부분이 유도 가열부재에 의해 직접 가열되게 하는 배리어, 물통의 개방된 상부를 밀폐하는 커버를 구비한다. 이러한 스팀발생장치는 조리장치의 캐비티의 후면에서 조리실의 측면을 연결하는 스팀 공급관에 물통의 스팀 배출관이 끼워져서 조리실로 스팀을 공급한다.
