PURPOSE: An SNR84 gene enhancing usability of galactose metabolism is provided to enhance metabolic rate of galactose and enhance productivity of bioalcohol from carbon source. CONSTITUTION: An SNR84 gene enhances galactose metabolism rate. The gene is denoted by sequence number 1. A pRS424 recombinant vector contains the SNR84 gene of sequence number 1. A transformed recombinant microorganism is obtained using the recombinant vector. The recombinant microorganism overexpresses the SNR84 gene. The microorganism is yeast. The yeast is Saccharomyces sp., Pachysolen sp., Clavispora sp., Kluyveromyces sp., Debaryomyces sp., Schwanniomyces sp., Candida sp., Pichia sp., or Dekkera sp. The deposit number KCTC 11388 BP of the recombinant microorganism is CEN.PK2-1D/pRS424-SNR84.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field is provided to promote growth of the lactic acid bacteria, increase the number of the lactic acid bacteria and to increase production of metabolic products. In a method for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field, the growth of the lactic acid bacteria is promoted by applying an alternating current electric field or direct current electric field of 10V-1MV/m in frequency band of 1 kHz-1MHz at 37°C less. The lactic acid bacteria is lactobacillus species, streptococcus, bifidobacterium, leuconostoc, pediococcus or lactococcus. An apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria includes a container consisting of an insulator, two electrodes adhered to a floor side and a cover side and an electric field application unit connected to the two electrodes.

An apparatus for electromagnetically detecting microorganism is provided to determine the presence and quantity of microorganism and analyze the kind of microorganism by moving the microorganism with Lorentz force due to electric field and magnetic field, and measuring the electric potential difference of microorganism with a pair of electrodes. The apparatus for electromagnetically detecting microorganism comprises (i) a pair of first electrodes(110) which are positioned on the measurement cell(103) to face each other, and form the electrical field in the solution(101) within the measurement cell by connecting to the power supply device(140), (ii) a magnetic field-generating part(130) which forms the magnetic field in a perpendicularity direction to the electric field in the solution within the measurement cell, (iii) a second electrode(120) which is perpendicular to the electric field, and is positioned in the perpendicular direction to the magnetic field, and (iv) a voltmeter(150) which measures the voltage generated in the second electrode by movement of microorganism within the measurement cell.

A control device for a refrigerating and freezing system is provided to keep freshness and control overcooling by controlling frequency ranges of electric fields, thereby keeping foodstuff for a long time. A control device for a refrigerating and freezing system includes electrode modules having positive and negative polarities(100a,100b) facing each other, and an electric field applying module(200) for applying voltages to the positive and negative polarities to form electric fields having two or more frequency ranges between the positive and negative polarities, and controlling frequency ranges of the applied voltages. The electric field applying module has a first vibration part(210) for generating a voltage in a first frequency range of 1kHz-10MHz, a second vibration part(220) for generating a voltage in a second frequency range of 1kHz or lower, and a waveform conversion part(230) for mixing or converting the voltages in the first and second frequencies to generate electric fields for restraining microorganism growth and oxidation.

A displacement current application type apparatus(200) for maintenance of freshness comprises: a displacement current control part(210) for controlling a displacement current to have a predetermined amplitude and frequency; and a displacement current application part(220) containing a first electrode and second electrode which face each other. The displacement current control part contains: a waveform storage part for storing wave forms to output the displacement current with a predetermined wave forms; a transformation part for controlling the amplitude of the displacement current and the size of the frequency; an off-set administration part for setting and controlling of the wave forms and additionally a powder source part(230) for applying a voltage to produce the displacement current to the displacement current control part.

A method for managing health using a bio signal measurer includes the steps of: maintaining a first database having medical examination information and a second database having an average body state of a user(210); measuring a current body state of the user(220); comparing the measured body state with the average body state information based on the second database, and detecting a change item with respect to the body state of the user(230); outputting life habit medical examination information associated with the detected change item of the medical examination information based on the first database(240); receiving the medical examination response information with respect to the outputted life habit medical examination information from the user(250); analyzing a health state of the user based on the inputted medial examination response information and the measured current body state information(260); and reporting the health state information of the user according to the analyzed result(270).

An objective management apparatus, medium, and method with group organization that can efficiently manage a degree of objective achievement by effectively organizing a group and giving rise to competition among group members of a group or among groups. The objective management apparatus may include a plurality of communication terminals receiving objective data including personal objectives of a plurality of users and actual result data which are results of the users' execution for achieving the personal objectives, and an objective management server connected to the plurality of communication terminals through a network and supplied with the objective data and the actual result data. Here, the objective management server may further include a group database storing a plurality of groups organized by group objectives in a database, a group designating unit designating each of the users to the group having a group objective most similar to their personal objectives, a personal objective-achievement checking unit checking whether the actual result data of each member in the group reach the group objective, and an actual result providing unit providing all the communication terminals with the actual result data of all the group members.
