PURPOSE: A display device using dielectrophoresis and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer high optical efficiency in comparison with an LCD. CONSTITUTION: Non-charged particles are dispersed within a dielectric medium filling a cell area. A pattern electrode unit forms an ununiform electric field within the dielectric medium. Light transmittance is controlled by dielectrophoresis of the non-charged particles according to an electric field gradient. The first and second substrate(203,224) are separated while facing with each other. A hydrophobic insulating layer(209) is formed on the first substrate.
Abstract:
A system for maintaining the freshness of an article to be preserved is provided to secure low electric consumption by containing a flexible conducting polymer electrode capable of applying an electric field with high efficiency to the article and enable exchange of the electrode. A system for maintaining the freshness of an article(120) to be preserved contains an electrode module containing a first electrode module and second module; and an electric field module for forming an electric field with selected frequency range between a first electrode and a second electrode by applying electric pressure to the electrode module. The first electrode comprises flexible conducting polymer material(220). The conducting polymer comprises any one of polyacetylene, polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene, poly(p-phenylene) and poly(p-phenylene vinylene). The electrode module has a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes which comprise a polyhedral structure.

프로브 헤드 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 개시되는 프로브 헤드는 센서와, 상기 센서의 양 측에 소정 거리로 이격되어 배치된 제 1 쉴드(shield) 및 제 2 쉴드와, 상기 센서와 상기 제 1 쉴드 사이 및 상기 센서와 상기 제 2 쉴드 사이에 각각 마련되는 제 1 중간막과 제 2 중간막;을 구비하는 적어도 하나의 센서부가 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다. 그리고, 상기 프로브 헤드의 제조 방법은 기판을 마련하는 단계; 상기 기판 상에 절연막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 절연막 상에 제 1 쉴드(shield)를 형성하는 단계; 상기 제 1 쉴드 상에 제 1 중간막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제 1 중간막 상에 센서를 형성하는 단계; 상기 센서 상에 제 2 중간막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제 2 중간막 상에 제 2 쉴드를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 제 2 쉴드 상에 보호막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 프로브 헤드 및 그 제조 방법에 의하면, 프로브 헤드의 분해능과 감도를 동시에 증가시킬 수 있고, 상기와 같은 높은 분해능과 감도를 가지는 프로브 헤드를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

A method for manufacturing a flexible MEMS transducer includes forming a sacrificial layer (210) on a flexible substrate, sequentially depositing a membrane layer (220), a lower electrode layer (230), an active layer (240), and an upper electrode layer (250) on the sacrificial layer by PECVD, sequentially patterning the upper electrode layer, the active layer, and the lower electrode layer, depositing an upper protective layer (260) to cover the upper electrode layer, the lower electrode layer, and the active layer, patterning the upper protective layer to be connected to the lower electrode layer and the upper electrode layer, and then depositing a connecting pad layer and patterning the connecting pad layer to form a first connecting pad (272) to be connected to the lower electrode layer and a second connecting pad (271) to be connected to the upper electrode layer; and patterning the membrane layer to expose the sacrificial layer and removing the sacrificial layer.

Disclosed are a stamp structure for transfer printing, a method of manufacturing the same, and a transfer printing method using a stamp structure. The disclosed stamp structure for transfer printing includes a substrate and at least one stamp unit which is arranged on the substrate. The stamp unit includes a heater which is installed on the substrate, a shape memory film which is installed on the heater, and an elastic member which is installed on the shape memory film.

The present invention relates to a stamp structure and a transfer method using the same. The stamp structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a stamp frame which includes a plate part bonded to an object to be transferred; a plurality of holes which penetrate the plate part. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a stamp structure includes a plurality of cylindrical holes. The stamp frame is based on one among PDMS, PMMS, PC, PU, PUA, glass, quartz, and metal.

PURPOSE: A semipermeability display device using dielectrophoresis and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to use particle movement by the dielectrophoresis, thereby improving the optical efficiency more than LDC(Liquid Crystal Display). CONSTITUTION: A display panel has a plurality of PA(Pixel Areas). The plurality of PA transmits or blocks the light by dielectrophoresis. A backlight unit(300) provides the light for image forming on a display panel. A reflector(400) is installed in the lower part of the backlight unit. The reflector reflects external light to a display panel direction through the display panel.
