CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal hydroxide based flame retardant-silica nanostructure comprises next steps: forming an emulsion solution; dispersing the metal hydroxide based flame retardant into basic silicate aqueous solution; and reacting silicate solution with the emulsion solution. The basic silicate includes more than one kind which is selected from lithium silicate, sodium silicate, potassium silicate, magnesium silicate and sodium silicate potassium. The metal hydroxide based flame retardant includes more than one kind which is selected from magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, and aluminium hydroxide. A content amount of the metal hydroxide based flame retardant is 4-40 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the basic silicate solution. The metal hydroxide based flame retardant-mixing silica nanostructure includes 1-60 parts by weight of the metal-hydroxide group flame retardant based on 100.0 parts by weight of silica nanoparticle.
