Abstract:
본 발명은 태양광의 에너지를 전기적인 에너지로 변환하는 염료감응 태양전지 및 그 제조방법을 제공하며, 더욱 상세하기는 광전극부의 산화물반도체 내부에서 생성되는 전자-정공의 이동을 촉진하기 위한 내부전극을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 종래의 기술에 비해 광전극부 내부에서 형성되는 전자-정공의 이동 경로를 추가하여 비교적 느린 반응 속도를 지닌 염료감응 태양전지의 반응 속도를 높여 줌으로써 고효율의 염료감응 태양전지를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An organic dye compound reduces the recombination rate with electrolyte, has high electron flowability as the planarity in a molecule is expanded, and maximizes photoelectric conversion efficiency at high Voc. CONSTITUTION: An organic dye compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is selected from halogen, halogen-substituted alkyl, alkenyl, and alkynyl group; Y is non-existent or is S or O; Z is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkenyl, a substituted or unsubstituted polyvinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aromatic hydrocarbon, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heterocycle, and a substituted or unsubstituted amine; B is non-existent or is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aromatic hydrocarbon or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 hetero ring; and A is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 alkenyl, a substituted or unsubstitutedC2-30 alkynyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aromatic hydrocarbon, and a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 hetero ring.

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent oxidation and meting of a metal layer due to an electrolyte by including molybdenum in the metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectrode part(110) supplies an excited electron created according to incident of light to outside. The photoelectrode part comprises a transparent electrode(111), a photosensitive dye(113), and an oxide semiconductor(115). A counter electrode part(130) is formed on a supporter(190). The counter electrode part comprises a metal layer(131) and a catalyst layer(133). An electrolyte(150) is placed between the photoelectrode part and the counter electrode part.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an absorber layer on a thin film solar cell is provided to manufacture an absorption layer having improved crystallinity by using a coating method of a nano particle paste. CONSTITUTION: A conductive layer(101) is formed on a substrate(100). A paste including nano particles is coated on the conductive layer. An absorption layer(102) is formed on the conductive layer. A buffer layer(103) is formed on the absorption layer. A transparent window layer(104) is formed on the buffer layer.
