PURPOSE: Electrical connecting material is provided to satisfy connecting reliability and to have short time for connecting at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Electrical connecting material has tensile elongation of 100-500 % after hardening, the yield point of stress-strain diagram is 10-50 %, and the modified urethane acrylate resin is 40-80 weight% of whole composition. The composition comprises 70-85 weight% of a polymer binder resin, 13-20 weight% radically polymerizable material, 1-5 weight% of organic peroxide, and 1-5 weight% of conductive particles. The polymer binder resin comprises modified urethane acrylate resin, and one or more copolymers selected from acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer, ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer and acryl copolymer.

PURPOSE: A reel for an anisotropic conductive film and a support clip for the same are provided to prevent gap deformation between reel guides, since a support clip is formed on the reel for the anisotropic conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A reel for an anisotropic conductive film comprises a cylindrical core(140), a reel guide(130), a support clip(180), a reel mounting hole, and a bar-shaped rib(160). The anisotropic conductive film is reeled on the side of the cylindrical core. The reel guide is formed on the upper side and lower side of the core and protects the anisotropic conductive film and the core. The support clip maintains gap between the reel guides. The reel mounting hole passes through the central part of the core and the reel guide.

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent resin exclusion degradation between upper and lower electrode in a very minute terminal by easily controlling flowage and hardening property and to be used in a low temperature connection process due to improved hardening performance. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film composition comprises; 100.0 parts by weight of a binder resin; 9-16 parts by weight of isocyanurate acrylate having an DSC exothermic peak of 85~95 °C; 9-16 parts by weight of a compound having a (meth)acrylate group; and 1.5-15 parts by weight of organic peroxide. The binder resin includes acrylate-modified urethane resin 45-75 weight%, carboxyl-modified acrylonitrile butadiene rubber 5-25 weight%, and acrylic copolymer 5-30 weight%.

An adhesive composition, and an anisotropic conductive adhesive film containing it are provided to show a high adhesion and a low contact resistance even after the high temperature, high humidity and thermal impact and to enhance flowability. An adhesive composition comprises 10-40 wt% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-20 wt% of a copolymer having an aliphatic hetero ring compound and an aromatic ring, 1-20 wt% of a binder resin, 30-60 wt% of a radical polymerizable material, and 0.5-5 wt% of a radical initiator.

A composition for an anisotropic conductive film is provided to realize excellent room temperature stability, stable conductivity even under a short-time compression condition, flowability and adhesion maintenance. A composition for an anisotropic conductive film comprises: (i) an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; (ii) a radical polymerizable material; (iii) at least one radical initiator selected from diacyl peroxide, peroxydicarbonate and peroxyester; (iv) at least one radical initiator selected from peroxyketal and dialkyl peroxide; and (v) conductive particles. In a variant, the composition further comprises a film-forming polymer resin.
