PURPOSE: BrMiR 156f, a novel miRNA, which is isolated from Brassica rapa and is one of 109 Brassica rapa mRNAs belonging to total 47 family is provided to understand post-transcription regulation which is a function of Brassica rapa genome, such as plant differentiation and metabolism. CONSTITUTION: BrMiR 156f, a novel miRNA isolated from Brassica rapa has a base sequence of sequence number 3 or a complementary sequence thereof.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A plant with enhanced pest injury resistance, which expresses pinIISP-aii fusion gene is provided to enhance soft rot resistance to use in plant industry. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant plant expression vector contains a signal peptide coding gene of potato-derived PinII(protease inhibitor II) and Bacillus sp. GH02-derived aii(autoinducer inactivation) gene. The signal peptide comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The aii gene comprises a base sequence of sequence number 2. The vector is pCAMBIA1302. A plant with enhanced pest injury resistance is obtained by transforming the plant with the recombinant plant expression vector.

A lateral suppressor-like(DgLsL) gene isolated from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura is provided to reduce the time and labor for removing lateral branching of Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura. The lateral suppressor-like(DgLsL) gene isolated from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and is obtained by cloning cDNA(complementary DNA) of lateral suppressor-like gene from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 and analyzing the whole sequence of the cloned cDNA through RACE(Rapid amplification of cDNA ends). A protein encoded by the lateral suppressor-like(DgLsL) gene isolated from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
Abstract:
A method for regenerating the plants by using inbred line of Chinese cabbage is provided to increase efficiency of genetic transformation of plants mediated by Agrobacterium, and enhance regeneration rate of plants. The method for regenerating the plants comprises the steps of: (a) sterilizing the inbred seeds of Chinese cabbage; (b) germinating the sterilized seeds for 2-5 days; (c) obtaining the cotyledon or hypocotyl explants from the germinated seeds; (d) culturing the cotyledon or hypocotyl explants in MS medium containing 0.1-5 mg/L of BA(6-benzylaminopurine) and 0.1-0.5 mg/L of NAA(alpha-naphthaleneacetic acid) for 10-30 days to induce shoots; (e) orientating the shoots in MS medium containing NAA to induce root development; and (f) transplanting the root developed young plant to a pot and raising it.
