본 발명에 따른 고체 전해질 제조방법은 제1 폴리머들 및 제2 폴리머들을 공용매에 용해시켜, 준비 용액을 제조하되, 상기 공용매는 제1 공용매 및 제2 공용매를 포함하는 것; 상기 준비 용액에 리튬 용액을 첨가하여, 혼합 용액을 제조하는 것; 상기 혼합 용액 내의 제2 공용매를 제거하여, 전해질 페이스트를 제조하는 것; 및 상기 전해질 페이스트를 기판 상에 도포하여, 전해질 필름을 형성하는 것을 포함할 수 있다.

Lithium aluminum titanium phosphate according to an embodiment of the present invention can be produced by: providing a precursor solution including a titanium compound and an aluminum compound; producing a first intermediate through a hydrothermal reaction which is performed on the precursor solution; producing a second intermediate by heating the first intermediate; and adding and plasticizing a lithium compound and a phosphate compound in the second intermediate. The particle size and shape of the lithium aluminum titanium phosphate can be adjusted during the production process, and the lithium aluminum titanium phosphate can have high purity.

A capacitor electrode material provides a reaction solution including an activated charcoal, an anyline monomer, a dodecylbenzene sulfonate. A polymerization initiator is added to the reaction solution, so polyaniline surrounding the active charcoal can be manufactured from the aniline monomers. The dodecylbenzene sulfonate simultaneously functions as a doping acid and a surfactant. The concentration of dodecylbenezene sulfonate can be controlled in a manufacturing process to provide a capacitor electrode material with high electric capacity. PURPOSE: A microstrip patch antenna and an operation method thereof including a plat type meta material are provided to control the length of an inter-digital capacitor by inserting a meta material unit cell structure to a microstrip patch antenna. CONSTITUTION: A conductor patch(120) is formed in an upper side of a dielectric substrate. The conductor patch includes a feeding line(110) and an inter-digital capacitor(130). The patch controls an electric size of an antenna by controlling the length of an inter-digital capacitor. The capacitance of an antenna increases according to the increase of the inter-digital capacitor. The size of the patch is controlled for the impedance matching of the antenna. An operation frequency of the antenna is converted by controlling the size of the patch. PURPOSE: A sensor node with self-charging function and a method for operating the same are provided to install power generation unit and power storage unit to the sensor node for monitoring physical change amount of neighboring environment at a real time, thereby providing power stably and continuously. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(210) monitors an event according to external environment. A control unit(240) determines critical situation through comparison between a sensing signal and preset critical value corresponding to the event. A power control unit(220) supplies driving power to the sensor unit and the control unit. The power control unit determines power value available for output. If the power value available for output is smaller than minimum drive power value, the power control unit performs generation and storage of electricity.
