Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for controlling a door for a city train car is provided to secure the safety of a passenger by controlling the opening and closing of a door having a trouble and to improve the maintenance efficiency by automatically recording the malfunction history. CONSTITUTION: A door control unit comprises a main and an auxiliary CPUs(Central Processing Units), an I/O(Input/Output) device, a sensor signal processor, a sensor, a display device, and an I/O relay. The door control unit is electrically connected with a solenoid valve of a door engine. If an open signal is transmitted from a cab, the open signal is applied to the solenoid valve. Then, a door is opened. If an obstacle signal is transmitted to the I/O device after a close signal is transmitted from the cab, the door control unit transmits an open signal to the solenoid valve. Thus, the door is opened repeatedly.

또한, 구조체를 형성하는 각 부재에 슬롯을 일체형성하여 전장품의 취부를 용이하게 행할 수 있고 유지보수의 편리성을 도모함과 동시에, 각 부재가 중공단면을 갖도록하여 이중차폐효과로 소음감소와 함께 하중에 대한 안전성을 기할 수 있는 철도차량용 차량구조체 및 그 제작방법를 제공함에 또 다른 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적구현을 위해 본 발명은 제 1 베이스플레이트를 중심으로 한조의 제 2 베이스 플레이트가 대칭되는 구조로서 차량길이방향으로 연결결합하여 전장품과 재동품이 취부되는 베이스플레이트부를 형성하고,
연결기 설치를 위한 센터씰을 포함하는 센터씰부를 한조로서 형성하여 상기 베이스플레이트부의 전,후측으로 연결결합하며,
대차장착을 위한 차체볼스터가 형성되는 한조의 볼스터부를 형성하여 상기 각 센터씰의 전,후측에 연결결합하므로서 엔더프레임을 형성하게 되는 1 공정과;
차량의 길이방향과 일치하도록 형성되는 사이드 하부패널과 상부패널의 사이로 사이드 상,중,하 창문패널을 적층구조로서 연결결합하여 이루어지게 되는 사이드 프레임을 한조로서 형성하게 되는 2공정과;
차량의 길이방향과 일치하도록 형성되는 상,중,하 지붕플레이트를 연결결합하여 지붕프레임을 형성하게 되는 3공정과;
한조의 솔바를 형성하여 상기 언더프레임의 양측벽에 연결결합하고, 이 솔바를 통해 상기 사이드프레임이 언더프레임의 양측에서 수직구조로서 연결결합하게 되는 4공정과;
한조의 켄트레일을 형성하여 상기 4공정을 거쳐 언더프레임에 결합된 각 사이드프레임의 사이드 상부 플레이트에 연결결합하고, 이 켄트레일을 통해 상기 지붕프레임을 연결결합하는 5공정으로 이루어진 철도차량용 차량구조체 및 그 제작방법을 구비하게 된다. -
