Abstract:
PURPOSE: A direction display device and a system for the blind, a guide method using the same, and a recording medium thereof are provided to inform the blind of travelling direction through vibration. CONSTITUTION: A direction display device for the blind comprises a vibrating unit(100), a control unit(200), a handle unit, a sensing unit, and an emergency transmission device(600). A plurality of vibrating units transfers vibration in order to display the traveling direction to the blind. The control unit outputs a control signal controlling vibration intensity or vibration time based on the information of the sensing unit. The handle unit is equipped so that the blind can grip the vibrating unit. The emergency transmission device can inform the blind of an emergency.

PURPOSE: A guide system for the blind and a guiding method using the same are provided to correctly guide the movement of the blind. CONSTITUTION: A guide system for the blind comprises: a guide device(100) which is equipped with a communication unit and an image imaging device and provides guide information to the blind; a guide information device(200) for the blind, which generates an infrared signal and an ultrasonic signal or outputs the guide information in the guide device; and a direction display device(300) which provides a correct traveling direction according to the infrared signal and ultrasonic signal to the blind.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for measuring friction of skin are provided to obtain an exact friction coefficient by measuring a shearing force and a vertical drag. CONSTITUTION: A measuring target hand is put on a support stand(200). A driving part comprises an x-direction driving part(310), an y-direction driving part(320), and a z direction driving part(330). A probe tip(640) is touched with a back of the hand skin. A probe(620) comprises a sensor bar including the probe tip and a weight which is connected to the sensor bar. The upper end of the force sensor is combined in the sensor support.

CONSTITUTION: A departure time sensing method by the starting block comprises: a step that the floor mats and connection part of the starting block are transformed by starting of a player; a step(S200) that resistance Of the normal sensor wheatstone bridge circuit changes; a step(S300) that the resistance of the horizontal sensor wheatstone bridge circuit changes; a step(S400) of measuring the output voltage of the wheatstone bridge circuit; and a step(S700) of receiving the output voltage and sensing the departure time.

PURPOSE: A muscular power measuring device and a measurement method thereof are provided to treat a patient objectively and safely by accurately and numerically measuring the strength of a finger power. CONSTITUTION: A muscular power measuring device(100) includes a muscular strength measuring block(130), a mat surface(160) and a measuring sensor. The muscular strength measuring block is protruded so that one side of a body(110) can be elastically transformed. The mat surface is formed in two stepped surfaces inside the body and is elastically transformed by the force of an object. The measuring sensor is installed in the mat surface to measure the muscular strength of the object based on the elastic transformation amount.

CONSTITUTION: A muscular power measuring device(100) includes a pressing member(130), a measurement unit and a supporting bar(110). The pressing member is formed in a pocket type to receive an object(200). The measurement unit is closely installed to an upper part of the pressing member to measure the muscular power of the object applied to the pressing member. The measurement unit comprises a sensing plate(140) and a measuring sensor. The sensing plate is installed on an upper part of the pressing member.
