    Abstract: A far-infrared ray emission thermoplastic and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to radiate more far-infrared ray and a number of anions in order to decompose the indoor air contaminations of a car for human health promotion by adjusting the rate of silicon oxide, potassium oxide, alumina, borax, sodium oxide, calcium oxide, zirconium oxide, titanium oxide and phosphate rocks in the composition. A far-infrared ray emission thermoplastic composition comprises: 30-60% by weight of silicon oxide, 0.5-5% by weight of potassium oxide, 3-12% by weight of alumina, 7-15% by weight of borax, 5-15% by weight of sodium oxide, 0.5-3% by weight of calcium oxide, 0.5-5% by weight of zirconium oxide, 0.5-5% by weight of titanium oxide and 1-10% by weight of phosphate rocks. A thermoplastic comprises 5-50 parts by weight of the composition with respect to 100 parts by weight of whole raw material for the thermoplastic. A manufacturing method of the far-infrared ray emission thermoplastic comprises steps of: mixing 30-60% by weight of silicon oxide, 0.5-5% by weight of potassium oxide, 3-12% by weight of alumina, 7-15% by weight of borax, 5-15% by weight of sodium oxide and 0.5-3% by weight of calcium oxide in a vessel and mixing the mixture for 30-120 minutes; putting the mixture in a furnace of 1200-1400deg.C in order to calcine the mixture for 1-2 hours; adding 0.5-5% by weight of zirconium oxide and 0.5-5% by weight of titanium oxide to the mixture and calcining the mixture in a furnace of 1300-1500deg.C for 1-2 hours; quenching and grinding the mixture; and adding 1-10% by weight of phosphate rocks to the mixture and grinding the mixture.
