    Abstract: An exhaust gas control method of an engine is provided to improve fuel efficiency and torque in accelerating by regulating combustion efficiency and reducing nitrogen oxide, and to increase performance of the engine by minimizing exhaust fluctuation of each cylinder. A nitrogen oxide discharge amount is monitored according to predetermined opening degree of a swirl control valve by receiving data corresponding to engine rpm and a fuel amount, and an excess air ratio is detected and compared with the predetermined value. The nitrogen oxide discharge amount is regulated into the desired value of nitrogen oxide by regulating the opening degree of the swirl control valve in case of the detected excess air ratio to be within the range of predetermined values. The swirl control valve is open-loop controlled in case of the detected excess air ratio to be over the predetermined value, and the nitrogen oxide discharge amount is regulated to the desired value by recirculating exhaust gas.

CONSTITUTION: In a double mass flywheel using a tension spring, the first mass(1) and the second mass are supported by a bearing(4) to be rotated. Plural springs are installed between the first and second mass. The double mass flywheel comprises fixed protrusions(2a,2b) protruded to the inside of the first mass, a drive plate(3) fixed to the second mass by a rivet with installed between the first and second mass, and plural tension springs(5a,5b,5c,5d) elastically connecting the fixed protrusions and connections(31a,32a,31b,32b) protruded at both ends(3a,3b) of the drive plate. Therefore, torsional vibration is absorbed and the vibration transmitted to the transmission side or crankshaft side is reduced.

Idle stop of the idle stop control part is switched to high on starting of idle stop mode to drive the relay to be opened so that PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal generated by the field effect transistor simultaneously to a condenser fan motor(220) and the radiator fan motor is not supplied to the radiator fan motor.

The cam drive is installed between the first and second mass and is coupled with the second mass. The plural rotating links are installed at the ends of the roller guide and adhered to a hinge fixed to the first mass. The plural rollers are adhered at the other ends of the connecting links(6a,6b,6c,6d) coupled to the rotating and stuck fast to the periphery of the cam drive. The compression springs are connected to the first mass and to the free end of the rotating link and the compression springs elastically sticks the rollers fast to the periphery of the cam drive. Therefore, torsional vibration is absorbed and the vibration noise is of the transmission is reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A chassis dynamo testing apparatus is provided to achieve improved reliability for the result of vehicle running test by simulating an actual rough road condition through the use of a concave-convex member operating by a hydraulic actuator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a rotary drum(5) disposed within a base plate(3) underneath a vehicle wheel; an electric motor(9) connected to an axis(7) of the rotary drum axis so as to absorb power of vehicle; and a control unit(11) for automatically controlling the electric motor. The rotary drum includes a road surface simulating unit, a hydraulic pressure supply unit and a hydraulic pressure control unit. The road surface simulation unit is mounted through a plurality of grooves(13) formed at a constant interval at an outer periphery of the rotary drum. The road surface simulation unit operates in forward and rearward directions by a hydraulic actuator(15), thus simulating rough road conditions at the outer periphery of the rotary drum. The hydraulic pressure supply unit supplies hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic actuator of the road surface simulating unit through an oil passage formed in the rotary drum and axis of the rotary drum. The hydraulic pressure control unit controls hydraulic pressure supply by controlling the oil passage in accordance with the control signal output from the control unit.
