    Abstract: PURPOSE: A handle for a bus is provided to increase friction coefficient by manufacturing the inside of the handle with double-injecting TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer) resin, and to prevent accidents by restricting slip from the handle in suddenly braking or cornering. CONSTITUTION: A handle for a bus is composed of a core part(10) formed by injection-molding PA6 or PA66 as thermoplastic resin instead of thermosetting resin, and a skin part(20) manufactured by double-injecting TPE resin partially in the inside of the handle. The PA resin has high mechanical strength, hardness and impact resistance, and resists friction, wear and chemicals. The PA resin is harmless to men, and heat resistance is improved. The core part is manufactured by injection-molding PA6 or PA66 resin, and TPE resin is charged by moving into a cavity with turning the mold at 180 angular degrees in cooling about 70-80%. Slip of the handle is prevented owing to the high friction coefficient of TPE resin, and appearance is improved by preventing contraction or deformation.
