Abstract: Disclosed is a pedal operating device which includes: a pedal housing which is fixed to a dash panel under a driver seat; a pedal arm in which an upper end is rotationally connected to the pedal housing by a hinge and a lower end is connected to a pedal pad; a hanging device which comprises a protrusion unit and a plurality of groove units which are installed to correspond to each other in the pedal arm or the pedal housing, wherein the protrusion unit moves along the groove units when the pedal arm rotates around the hinge; and an elastic unit which is installed at the protrusion unit or the groove units and provides notch feeling when the protrusion unit moves along the groove units by providing support force due to elastic force.
